"Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Kiki Beach Resort!
I had a really fun and memorable time at Kiki Beach Resort! The staff were very approachable, helpful, friendly, and even funny — they really made the stay extra enjoyable. They were also very attentive to any concerns and made sure everything was taken care of.
They arranged our transport smoothly, making the trip to and from the resort very convenient. The food was delicious, and the beach scenery was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and taking photos!
One of the highlights of my stay was the ATV activity — definitely a must-try if you’re visiting. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and have a great beach getaway. 🌴🚙🍽️"

VVieraskäyttäjäExcellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

VVieraskäyttäjäEnvironment and ambience very nice. Clean and neat design.
Bad: unable to locate using google map, need to use Apple map, even in grab apps also unable to locate . Address given in trip.com is not accurate.
Live band till late nite. Unable to sleep 😅 not suitable to travel with baby or old aged parent as they need to sleep early.

LLuna Wong JyHappy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.

RroamaweiHad a pleasant stay. Room was very big and cleaned every day. Bed was comfortable. Food at restaurant was good. Had a problem with the wifi and the staff was prompt to react and made lots of efforts to resolve the problem even after the problem recurred a few times. Was very pleasantly surprised by the slice of birthday cake on my bed when I got back to the room one day. Thank you for letting me end my day on a sweet note! There is not much around the hotel except for the small supermarket and cafe right next to the hotel. But grab is so cheap to get anywhere in Batam, so it’s not a big problem.

FFlying NibbaA very good It was a decent place for a staycation. the room was neat and clean, and the facilities were good as well. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast area, although one small downside for me was that many of the good dishes were cooked with beef (which I’m allergic to).
Overall, the experience was amazing. The hotel basically has everything you need, and for a one-night stay, the price is very affordable. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85) for a night. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families who are travelling on a budget.

VVieraskäyttäjäEnjoyed our 2D1N at this hotel. Very accommodating to our request. Hotel looks and feel new. Walking distance to a 24h mart and many shops nearby. Heard there is a nice mee Soto stall nearby but didn’t get to go.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

VVieraskäyttäjäThe location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are.
However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained.
Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.
