Clean little place. Has all amenities. Hot provide toothbrush and towels. Got a smell in the room though. Towels also have a strong chemical smell as well. Some towels are stained. Reception is also not always around. If u want to check out and u paid cash deposit u need to ask them what time staff is around. I waited half an hour until someone turned up to help me. If u didn't use cash deposit then i was told can drop the access card and go. No room slippers.

A very nice hotel with good location, going to Batam Nagoya Hills Shopping Centre is within walking distance. The receptionist is also friendly. Highly recommended for short trips stay.

Good location, the hotel is located at city center. Walking distance to few attractions within the city center. The staff was very friendly & helpful. For the room wise, its pretty spacious but the cleanliness need to be improved

The location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are. However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained. Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah. Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

The location is strategic, near harbourbay jetty 1.5km The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance. It is just the road always busy with morning market. The toilet cleanliness is quite poor. Bedsheet is old.

Nice and clean room . Good location surrounded by street food and eateries, nearby fresh market and night thrift market. friendly staff and helpful, especially Ms Dewi of front desk
