"Hotel was OK. I booked bigger room and was nice. Breakfast also OK. I read some negative reviews and is true, the bathroom need update. Also environment in hotel have some limits, eq. dirty elevator. Many info what is prohibited is doing unfriendly feeling. Eq. they gave me sign paper, where was indicated ”food from restaurant is prohibited to bring to the room - if explored, will be fined by 8 EUR”. Later I understand - the meaning was food from breakfast, but statement like that can make misunderstanding - could be better explained. Generally I liked hotel, also was walkable to city center."

"The hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. Take 100E from airport to Deak Ferenc Ter & a 11min walk to hotel. Nearest train station is just less than 5 mins walk to hotel. There are many bus and tram routes just less than 5mins walk around the hotel. We could do day walks around the district and admire the architectural buildings. The hotel offers decent complimentary breakfast to all guests which is so convenient. St Stephen’s Basilica is just less than 8mins walk from the hotel. The advent markets started when we arrived. There are also several cafes and restaurants around. The service desks staff are very helpful and friendly. My check-in and checkout was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

"The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are quite basic. What made me really angry was that I left my pajamas on the bed, and when I came back at night, although the bed had been made, my pajamas were thrown on the floor! They could have easily been placed on the nearby chair, but instead, they were tossed on the ground! Even if they had accidentally fallen, the staff could have at least picked them up. But they didn’t even bother! It completely ruined my mood. I’m so upset!"

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budapest. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from, making it a great way to start the day. The room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect – it took less than 10 minutes to walk to Heroes’ Square, which made exploring the city so easy.
What really stood out, however, was the staff – everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!"

"A great stay. The transportation is very convenient. Supermarkets and subway stations are very close.

"This hostel wins according to its strategic location. For solo travellers and young people, this place seems to suit better especially when you only need a place to lay down and rest. Other than that, nothing special. I was waiting for more than an hour for my room to be ready after checking in. If I did not ask, I would’ve waited longer. Also, for Dorm option, I have to pay the deposit 10€ (cash or card is fine, which I paid cash), and it is returned upon the check out."

We stayed for one night and, while the experience was acceptable, we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
Although we had booked a premium double room, we were given a twin room instead. We had to push the beds together, which was not ideal. The room felt outdated and could use renovation. There were no light sensors or automatic switches to save energy. The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. Also, the kettle was placed in a spot without a power socket, so we had to move it to the dresser to make tea — though the tea selection was good.
Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free options and plant-based milks. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very slow and noisy. In the early morning, we could clearly hear doors slamming and elevator sounds from our room.
A decent option for a short stay, but we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel together with my mom. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would like to thanks all staff for doing their job very nice and for being nice and attentive to all guests even though the hotel is full.
Room was clean, big and cosy, breakfast - amazing, you can find there everything according to you taste. One more thing I would like to highlight: you have an option to leave your luggage locker for free after check out. That's cool, cause in most hotels you have to pay at least 5€ for luggage storage.
We're very satisfied with conditions offered and hope one day we'll get a chance to stay here once again. Thank you so much!

I took FlixBus from Vienna Central Station to Budapest, Népliget. I saw the hotel when I got off the bus. It was about a 4-minute walk to the hotel. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by tram 1 or subway M3. The transportation is very convenient. Take tram 1 for 2 stops to Mester utca / Könyves Kálmán körút station ID: F01509, where there is a shopping mall with 2 large supermarkets and a food court. The hotel's continental breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious and good quality, and is a 4-star breakfast level; the hotel room is about 88% new, with 2 single beds. Although the room is not big, it can accommodate 2 24-inch suitcases; there are small tables, seats, TVs, hangers and small safes, but there are no electric kettles and small refrigerators, which is inconvenient. In addition, there are enough power sockets, the bed sheets are white, clean and comfortable, the central air conditioner is cold and quiet, and the WIFI speed is fast. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas, with a bathtub , the tap water is clear, the toilet is clean and drains quickly, and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective and I will consider it again when I come to Budapest.

Sijainti on erittäin mukava, jos sinun täytyy päästä lentokentälle aamulla. Mutta kaupungin keskusta on kaukana lopullinen metroasema. Rekisteröintiaseman henkilöstö ovat ystävällisiä, kärsivällisesti vastaa kysymyksiä. Huone on melko tilava, on pieni parlor, jossa on alusvaate, huoneen pöydässä, tuolit, mini-jääkaappi, ilmastointi, teepotti. On mukavaa saada kahvia ja teetä (eri kuin sama nimi hotelli). Kaikkialla puhdas, hyvä sänky, uusi pyyhkeet. Wifi on hyvä. Vaikka autontuotantokannan sisällä onkin hiljaista.
Aamiainen on kalliita - noin 11 euroa. Ilmeinen miinus - minijääkaappi toimii huonosti, lähes ei jäähdytä edes maksimissa tiloissa.
Yleensä vaikutelma on suotuisa, rohkeaa voidaan suositella.

The room was quiet, but in the evening there was some rattling and footsteps from the room upstairs, which was disturbing. The breakfast was good, but I have experienced better ones, there could have been more fresh salads. We stayed 4 nights, before the last night the room was not cleaned, even though we left a note on the door at 11 am: it can be cleaned. The cleaning trolleys were still in the hallway by our room. Our friends' room was cleaned every day. So the service was variable. The air conditioning worked well, once you learned how to unlock it. The beds were good. If you choose twinbeds, they are just moved apart and the passage to the glass-walled shower and washbasin is very cramped. You had to move the beds together if you wanted to walk without falling. Our friends' room was different, the space next to the beds was wider. A separate toilet is a good idea, but there should have been a small hand basin, especially if the toilet is in the hallway and the basin is on the other side of the room. The floor of each room is slightly different. Typical 3 star hotel.

The location is good . Near the METRO . The building is very old , the lift was horrendous, it keeps breaking . The luggage has to be carry up and down physically . The hotel is on the 3rd floor . One good point is they provide a bottle of wine .

Fun from the very start. You gò to reception on floor 1/2 in a moaning old lift. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. You couldn't get any closer to St. Stephens cathedral!! The room we stayed in was a studio on the 4th floor, but facing away from the views. No problem, as it's right outside the front door!! Close to many wonderful sights, metro, trams, and bus stops. Some of the kitchen items could do with an upgrade. Unsure if off season travel and prices effected the cleaning service? But we saw leftover moments from previous guests all over the room. And we couldn't make the tv work, but who needs tv when in Budapest??! But for short-term term visit, great central location!! 👍

I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.
Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water.
