Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

Good location for connection to airport or train station Keleti.The central market and the Liberty bridge is only 3 minutes walk away. Very convenient to explore Budapest with the tranport pass. Lots of eateries nearby. Room is very clean and tidy and the staffs are all polite ànd easily approachable. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay with the delicious breakfast.

I can say this is the best hostel during my entire solo travel experience! The room was clean,the bathroom was spacious and clean as well,the bed was comfortable and (again) clean. Don't know it's because I stay in the female dorm or I was lucky enough to have clean ladies in my dorm,but my worrying mind about hostel was swept away by this hostel cleanliness provision. The bunk is more on box-like and it has curtains (it's clean too!). The front desk were hospitable enough and the interior was also nice. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarket nearby,so you have lots of choice to eat. Yet,you need to walk around 7-10 minutes to reach the nearest tram/bus/metro.And better you bring your own toiletries,though there was a micellar water free to use in the bathroom area. Will definitely go back to this hostel whenn I have a trip to Budapest, 1 night was not just enough.

Carlton Hotel Buda Castle - A Location Lover's Dream! My recent stay at the Carlton Hotel Buda Castle in Budapest was largely defined by its absolutely awesome location. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in the historical heart of the city, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Being just minutes away from both the majestic Buda Castle and the picturesque Fisherman’s Bastion was a huge plus. I particularly appreciated the convenience for early risers – those who wish to view the stunning sunrise and enjoy the area before the crowds arrive (potentially with free entrance before official opening hours) will find this hotel incredibly convenient, as it's just a short stroll away. Furthermore, the hotel's location also allows for a pleasant walk to the viewing area across the river from the Parliament building. Seeing the illuminated Parliament at night from the opposite bank was a memorable experience, and it was easily accessible on foot from the hotel. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. However, there was one notable downside: the soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which sometimes disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall: Despite the minor issue with soundproofing, I would still highly recommend the Carlton Hotel Buda Castle, especially for travelers who prioritize location above all else. Its proximity to key attractions like Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion, along with the easy access to sunrise views and the Parliament panorama, makes it a truly convenient base for exploring the best of Buda. If you're a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea, but the unbeatable location truly makes this hotel a strong contender for your Budapest stay.

I stayed at three wombats on this trip (Munich and Vienna ) and this one is the best!!! There is air conditioning inside the room!! Can’t complain!!! I visited in summer time and it’s grateful to have A/C. Besides there is a little fan every bed just like in wombat Vienna. The bath room is great, lots of space to put your stuffs, with hair dryer as well. Room is big, full size mirror is a plus. Guest kitchen is big too and three big fridges with enough space to store food. Great location easy to get to metro/ airport bus. Most importantly affordable price!! Love my stay thank you ☺️

My experience here as AMAZING. 1. Location was perfect. Right across from the Opera House and there is a subway station entry right outside of the hotel 2. Facility: this is a newly built hotel (I think they only opened a year ago). Every thing is stylish and beautiful. Consistent with the W Hotels aesthetic. 3. Service: the staff was super friendly and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they offered some chocolate and dessert in the room and when we dined there!! 4. They only have one restaurant there that serves Asian fusion at night and break in the morning. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Overall one of our favorites stays ever.

Location remains Flow Spaces' main bright side. Sadly, I didnt get much sleep due to inconsiderate roommates who continued typing on their laptop through the night, and generally making noise with shuffling plastic bags past midnight. Of course, that's just bad luck, nothing to blame hostel for. However, thickness of the walls IS hostel's feature, and it's worth knowing that you might hear your next-room neighbors snoring (walls seem to have left thin in grand hostel expansion), which doubles risks of noise-polluted sleep. The private bathroom is the tiniest ever, with a washbasin the size of a shoe, which makes tooth brushing or face washing a contortionist act. Now, after several stays here, I can confirm that hostel doesnt ever read or respond to special requests (such as preferred bunk bed) - I understand requests are not always made possible, but staff consistently confirms they dont even read them or care to respond. I also had a small request for my departure, if my bag could stay in the room an additional half an hour or so after the official check-out time at 11 (i left the hostel at 5:30 am, but wanted not to be pressed by returning earlier just to take the bag out ”in time”), but the staff didnt have any flexibility about it, still requesting 2.000 huf (almost amounting to a night rate) for leaving a piece of luggage past 11. So in the end, i left the hostel early morning, and explored the icy city while rolling my bag non-stop. The policy is ridiculously strict. As, if i wanted to, i could have left my bag in the room without asking sincerely. The check-out is literally dropping the key in the box, so nobody would have ever known. But the fact that it is insisted on the fee, as the housekeeping needs to clean the entire room (i said i would evacuate my bed early anyway), is simply senseless. Last time i stayed here (i spent daytime in the room), i saw what that ”room cleaning” looked like - it was mainly just changing sheets of beds of guests who left , so i cant see how my bag would have made such a large issue for half an hour post check-out, that this silly fee is demanded, as if i booked an extra bed for my bag to sleep in. Like most accommodation providers in the world, hospitality lies on relations with guests, and those are best built if the approach is human, not robotic, and as reasonable as possible.

Hotel location is pretty good, not far from central at all, rooms needs to be fixed as it was loud noise during night time and every time use the toilet Breakfast is 19€ per person but I would not recommend it at all, very few options never see baffet that small Thanks for front desk supervisor mark who changed our stay, he’s very professional In general it’s not bad hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Danubius Hotel Hungaria City Center. The location was perfect — close to the city center and very convenient for public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again on my next visit to Budapest!

Sijainti on erittäin mukava, jos sinun täytyy päästä lentokentälle aamulla. Mutta kaupungin keskusta on kaukana lopullinen metroasema. Rekisteröintiaseman henkilöstö ovat ystävällisiä, kärsivällisesti vastaa kysymyksiä. Huone on melko tilava, on pieni parlor, jossa on alusvaate, huoneen pöydässä, tuolit, mini-jääkaappi, ilmastointi, teepotti. On mukavaa saada kahvia ja teetä (eri kuin sama nimi hotelli). Kaikkialla puhdas, hyvä sänky, uusi pyyhkeet. Wifi on hyvä. Vaikka autontuotantokannan sisällä onkin hiljaista. Aamiainen on kalliita - noin 11 euroa. Ilmeinen miinus - minijääkaappi toimii huonosti, lähes ei jäähdytä edes maksimissa tiloissa. Yleensä vaikutelma on suotuisa, rohkeaa voidaan suositella.
