"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Budapest Keleti train station, making it easy to travel around the city. It’s only about five tram stops to the city centre, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you get a room facing the main road, you’ll also enjoy a great view of the train station. However, there are some downsides. The air conditioning doesn’t work during autumn and winter, so the only option for ventilation is to open the window. Unfortunately, the hotel is extremely noisy since it’s right next to a main road where police and ambulance sirens go off very frequently, making it hard to rest. Additionally, luggage storage isn’t free—you have to pay by the hour, which feels a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great choice for location and convenience, but not ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet or comfort in cooler seasons."

"Very nice hotel! Perfect location - metro station, market, shops are nearby, pleasant park right in front of hotel. Easy to visit lots of attractions and interesting places on foot. Great view from a balcony, a lot of space in the room. Comfortable beds, bathcoats and slippers are also available on request. Tablet for ordering room services and communication with reception is very convenient as well. Good hairdryer in the bathroom, not like usual hotel small hairdryers. Delicious breakfasts, there was something new to choose every day. Very friendly and helpful staff 🩷 The only things I would like to have in the room - more hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom and the second feet towel for the second guest, we had only one."

"Hey Out there, I was there as a solo traveler however I believe the hotel room size can easily accommodate a couple as well. The location is exquisite just within a few hundred meters from the tramway and the metro and bus stops (Oktogon M station)!!! And from and to the airport, you don't even have to take a cab. Just use tramway or metro and then connect to blue bus # 100E (an express bus service to the airport). The receptionist lady, amazing 👏 Her name is Sofia and she's very helpful. She can even suggest you places to visit. If you arrive earlier than official check in time, I can promise you you will enjoy the luggage drop off service and be walking around (or even take a metro or tramway and go have fun somwhere) till you check in. Given that this is a budget hotel, why not stay there? The ball's in your court now..."

"Asunto on kaunis, tilava, uusi, siitä puuttui vain peruskeittiötarvikkeet. Upea sijainti, nuorisoalue, josta löydät monia baareja ja ruokapaikkoja. Kävelimme aina ja oli helppo päästä paikkoihin, joihin halusimme. Tyttö vastaanotossa kohteli meitä erittäin hyvin saapuessamme ja puhui kielellämme (espanja), jota kukaan ei tee tässä paikassa. Super suositeltava paikka!!"

"Super friendly staff and clean room! The bed was really comfortable and easy to access to the tram! I love to walk, so I walked to the metro station, but it was still easy to transport and safe neighborhood! There is not much surrounding, so it was pretty quiet during the night! I would love to stay again!"

"Location is very centrally located. Within walking distance to main attractions such as fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle. Stunning view of Parliament which is very impressive to my first visit to Budapest. Great breakfast and they can tailor-made different kind of cooking of eggs. Friendly staff with good service. Room is clean and size is reasonable. Many restaurants are around and waiters are friendly and helpful as well."

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which allowed me to rest very well."

"Badiliq hotel overall was very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff who thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. If anything was missing, we could always request it at reception (such as bathrobes, slippers, toiletries). We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) in a junior suite, which was conveniently divided into two sections. The room had a fridge, espresso machine, and kettle. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. Even though we stayed during the peak winter season, there was always enough space in the dining area, and the food was promptly replenished by the restaurant staff. We arrived before the official check-in time, and although no room was yet available, the receptionist kindly offered us to wait in the lounge where light snacks, juices, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided. We could also store our luggage in the luggage room and explore the nearby attractions — the hotel is very well located with many sights within walking distance. The only downside during our stay was a temporary hot water outage for a few hours, but we were informed about it in advance. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with any requests, always accommodating. They even allowed us a late check-out, which, as we learned, is quite rare in Budapest."
