"Good experience staying here. Comfortable bed and room. Gratefully, each bed in the dorm has a cover and a large locker, so you’ll have both privacy and security. The shower room is nice with stable hot water. The only downside is that there’s no AC in the room, so the window needs to be kept open. Since the room is next to the public area where people smoke and chat until midnight, the smell goes into the room (even though it’s a non-smoking room) and the noise can disturb your sleep. The kitchen has a few refrigerators and two ovens. The only drawback is that there’s no stove, so you can only use the oven to warm up your food. There is an elevator that allows you to access each floor, so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs Overall, a good stay at an affordable price."

"This hostel wins according to its strategic location. For solo travellers and young people, this place seems to suit better especially when you only need a place to lay down and rest. Other than that, nothing special. I was waiting for more than an hour for my room to be ready after checking in. If I did not ask, I would’ve waited longer. Also, for Dorm option, I have to pay the deposit 10€ (cash or card is fine, which I paid cash), and it is returned upon the check out."

"This is a really ideal place to stay while you are in Budapest. Check-in was friendly and easy, including a towel and bedding for your room. There are plenty of common spaces to charge devices and sit with others, although there is not a strong social connection here - a lot of the guests seem to be school groups and other groups of travellers. However, it is such a modern space with a lot of nice amenities and breakfast at an extra charge if you’d like it. The only disadvantage I could find is that the beds are very squeaky, so always a good idea to have earplugs and an eye mask on hand to avoid being woken up during the night if you’re a light sleeper. I would absolutely recommend this hostel and would stay again in the lovely city of Budapest."

"Location remains Flow Spaces' main bright side. Sadly, I didnt get much sleep due to inconsiderate roommates who continued typing on their laptop through the night, and generally making noise with shuffling plastic bags past midnight. Of course, that's just bad luck, nothing to blame hostel for. However, thickness of the walls IS hostel's feature, and it's worth knowing that you might hear your next-room neighbors snoring (walls seem to have left thin in grand hostel expansion), which doubles risks of noise-polluted sleep. The private bathroom is the tiniest ever, with a washbasin the size of a shoe, which makes tooth brushing or face washing a contortionist act. Now, after several stays here, I can confirm that hostel doesnt ever read or respond to special requests (such as preferred bunk bed) - I understand requests are not always made possible, but staff consistently confirms they dont even read them or care to respond. I also had a small request for my departure, if my bag could stay in the room an additional half an hour or so after the official check-out time at 11 (i left the hostel at 5:30 am, but wanted not to be pressed by returning earlier just to take the bag out ”in time”), but the staff didnt have any flexibility about it, still requesting 2.000 huf (almost amounting to a night rate) for leaving a piece of luggage past 11. So in the end, i left the hostel early morning, and explored the icy city while rolling my bag non-stop. The policy is ridiculously strict. As, if i wanted to, i could have left my bag in the room without asking sincerely. The check-out is literally dropping the key in the box, so nobody would have ever known. But the fact that it is insisted on the fee, as the housekeeping needs to clean the entire room (i said i would evacuate my bed early anyway), is simply senseless. Last time i stayed here (i spent daytime in the room), i saw what that ”room cleaning” looked like - it was mainly just changing sheets of beds of guests who left , so i cant see how my bag would have made such a large issue for half an hour post check-out, that this silly fee is demanded, as if i booked an extra bed for my bag to sleep in. Like most accommodation providers in the world, hospitality lies on relations with guests, and those are best built if the approach is human, not robotic, and as reasonable as possible."

"Did not sleep well here at all. There is no privacy in the room, it's not expensive or difficult to put up some sheets or curtains. Very poor effort. It's like sharing a room with your siblings all over again. Very thin walls too so the next door group kept us awake It's supposed to be quiet after 10pm but they all late check in, as a result I was woken by 2am check ins. The socket next to my bed didn't work, neither did the lamp. The pillow is dreadful. The bed is ok. Window didn't close fully and no curtains so sunrise woke me up. Excellent kitchen, comfortable lounge areas, 3 showers & 1 bathroom. All cleaned reasonably well. Check in was easy enough, she is very friendly. The building is absolutely beautiful. The entrance is next to PIZZA ME and a money exchange/kebab store. Supermarkets nearby. Metro & tram nearby. It is in an excellent location. It was cheap and actually good value, I just didn't sleep well If you like privacy and quiet then maybe give this one a swerve"

"Not a hostel to get any sleep in. But excellent for the airport bus. Hostel is on a busy main road, lots of traffic noise. Privacy curtains aren't well attached and don't block enough light. The beds are incredibly noisy and the room was hot and stuffy. Sheets not cleaned Service was excellent. The man was so so friendly and kind. Kitchen well equipped. Free tea & coffee. Shower very basic and toilet was good. Just 2 showers and toilets for many people. ... 100E bus is 2 mins away. Metro, tram and bus all nearby. Tone of food options. Wifi was ok Towel is 3 euros to rent. Bring your own padlock"

"Great Spot for Travelers — Just Be Mindful of Dorm Life I stayed here during my trip and really loved the location — super central and easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and the place was clean, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring. The only downside was the shared dorm experience. One guest came back very late, turned on the lights, talked loudly on the phone, and unfortunately got sick in the bathroom. It made it a bit hard to get proper rest. Still, the hostel itself is great. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer quiet nights, a private room might be worth considering!"

"Cons: Not so great initially - strong smell on the room, noise on the street but sorted out quickly. Thanks to prompt action by the management. In most of my stay, floor on the shared bathroom is always wet and no proper ventilation. Lockers are outside the bedrooms so it’s worth having a spare bag for some essential items that you need to keep next to you. Duvet slightly short for tall person. My roommate’s bed was creaking loudly even with simple movement. Pros: Near bus stop and metro station. Near to the popular thermal bath - Széchenyi, and tourist spots Heroes’ Square. Accommodating reception. Things to improve: Proper ventilation and floor rug in the bathroom. Long duvet, cleaner bedsheets and duvet cover and pillow. Overall: If you stay most of the time outside and it’s okay. Main gate always open, occupants got a key for main door but most of time it’s also open. I guess for the price, you get what you paid for."
