"The place is in quite bad condition and the staff very unfriendly. I read on Google that they would take your phone to leave a great review with it so I refused to give it to them. He still “needed to take a picture of my booking info because being short sightseeing” but then could read my translation app no problem… The room itself was good and the shuttle came to bring me to the airport (just a couple minutes late). The elevator stops one floor before the rooms so I almost left my suitcase downstairs but all the suitcases there were absolutely empty… it made me feel like they try to have people believe that they can leave they luggage down for the night but not with the best intentions. Regardless, I decided to bring it up and carry it in the stairs to feel better overnight. Cheap and okay room for one night near the airport, that’s all."

"I had a wonderful stay at MUYI Hotel Hongqiao Hub Shanghai. The service was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was much bigger than I expected for the price, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room had everything I needed, including a kettle to boil water and a fridge, which is quite rare in many hotel rooms. It even had two bathrooms, making the space feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the room felt incredibly spacious and well equipped. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a fun and comfortable experience, and I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended."

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its prime location. The entrance opens directly to the vibrant Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, one of Shanghai’s most iconic shopping and walking areas. Every evening, the street comes alive with lights, people, and endless food and shopping options. It felt like stepping straight into the heartbeat of the city the moment I left the hotel lobby. As a Muslim traveler, accessibility was an important consideration. From the hotel, I could easily reach Xiaotaoyuan Mosque via Metro, making it convenient for daily prayers. Another pleasant surprise was the availability of several halal food options nearby, which made finding meals stress-free during my stay. The room itself was not very large — quite typical for hotels in central Shanghai — but it was comfortable and functional enough for resting after a long day of exploring. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and handled by friendly staff, which immediately created a positive first impression. Bathroom amenities were complete and well prepared. The only small drawback for me personally was the absence of a bidet, something I usually rely on for convenience. Still, this did not significantly affect the overall experience. Overall, Flower Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who prioritize location, accessibility, and practicality. Whether you are visiting Shanghai for tourism, business, or cultural exploration, staying here allows you to enjoy the city effortlessly — with shopping streets, Metro access, and Muslim-friendly facilities all within easy reach. Shanghai never really sleeps, and staying here made me feel right at the center of it all."

"Hotelli on hyvin lähellä lentokenttää. Sukkulabussi kulkee matkustajaterminaalille vain tusinan minuuttia. Kun saavuin hotellille, vastaanotto oli erittäin innostunut, erityisesti vastaanoton numero 10 nainen. Palvelu oli erittäin vakavaa ja huomaavaista. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli erittäin nopeaa. Kun olet rekisteröitynyt sukkulabussiin, voit jäädä pois etukäteen sukkulabussin lähtöajan mukaisesti odottamaan bussia. Se on erittäin kätevää. Yllätyin siitä, että aamiainen oli saatavilla klo 3.30 aamulla. Buffetissa oli paitsi paljon vaihtoehtoja, myös herkullinen. Kysyin ja sain selville, että se oli kaksi tuntia aikaisempi kuin alkuperäinen aamiaisaika, jotta myös aikaisilla lennoilla olevat vieraat voivat nauttia aamiaisen.
