"We had some problems with lights and toilet in the room but was solved immediately. Exceptional service from all staff including housekeeping and also from the manager Shirley herself. She went out of the way to post me my jacket when I accidentally left it at the hotel. We enjoyed our room very much - great layout, spacious and we all loved the window sitting that provides views of the bund and the city. Most of our time was spent sitting next to the window enjoying the views while having our meals. The location of the hotel is very close to Nanjing road but also far enough so you can feel more relax vibes offered away from the hustled bustle of the main street. The staff at the front entrance was very helpful with our luggages and all staff always greets us whenever we enter or exit the hotel. Loved this hotel very much and thanks for making our stay so wonderful!"
