"Se oli huono hotelli. Plussat: he siivosivat hyvin, hyvää ruokaa rantabaarissa maksua vastaan (paitsi aamiaiset), uusi, tuore remontti. Miinukset: Meillä oli huone, jossa oli 2 vuodetta, he laittoivat meidät 1. kerrokseen. Huone on mikroskooppinen. On mahdotonta nukahtaa.

"From the moment we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, the staffs greeted us offering cold towels and refreshing drinks as we admired the stunning view by the lobby. The hospitality was genuine and consistent throughout our stay—attentive but never intrusive.
Our room was spectacular and the view by our balcony were just beautiful. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully laid out with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the natural beauty shine in. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and indulgent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out. It’s perfect for a getaway. With its unbeatable views, warm service, and luxury comforts, it’s easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! 🫶🏼"

"As first time visitors to Thailand we couldn't have been more impressed with our choice of staying in the Santiburi resort on Koh Samui. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble with reguard to our needs on a daily basis. We stayed in one of the Pool Villa, which was just perfect with easy access to the main pool and and beach. We enjoyed a varied breakfast included in our stay every day with the bonus of a perfect Cappuccio made especially for us. The on site restaurants had a good selection of dishes on their menus. The beach front restaurant had a lovely relaxed feel to it and the staff were great. All in all a great 1st impression to our Thailand adventure."

"Rakastimme The Flow'n henkilökuntaa ja vieraanvaraisuutta.

"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui and had a wonderful experience. Their service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with our room always tidy and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of international options. However, the Thai buffet selection was a bit limited and slight disappointment. The gym and pool facilities were great, providing a perfect spot to relax and stay active during our stay. Overall, I'd recommend the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui for its excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and great facilities. Just be prepared for a higher price point."

"We had a fantastic stay at Anantara Lawana, staying 10 nights. Room was incredible, service impeccable and wine tasting with Emma topped off the stay. This is a proper 5 star hotel who know how to treat their guests. Beware of the town centre has potential to turn into a scence from the Hang Over 😂😂. Overall, we will be back next year at the Anantara Lawana and tasting more wine with Emma!"
