Upea hotelli, erittäin siisti, hyvä palvelu, ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä ilmastointi, erinomainen aamiainen, romanttinen ravintola erittäin hyvällä ruoalla ja uima-allas, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät. Huoneemme oli erittäin tilava suurella parvekkeella. Hotelli sijaitsee korkealla vuorella; Melko kaukana kävelyyn; mutta hotelli tarjoaa kuljetuksen pääkadulle tai monet olivat myös vuokranneet skootterin; tässä suhteessa tämä ei ole ongelma. Ei ollut mitään valittamista. Nautimme vierailustamme ja haluaisimme tulla takaisin.

The lobby was spectacular. We arrived at night but it still can tell that the hotel was clean and large. The employees were friendly and they always had wore a big smile on their faces. The room was clean and tidy, which had a big open shower space. Taking a shower with air conditioner was a little chilly but it was totally tolerable because the whether was so hot outside. Swimming pool was stunning with a wide view of ocean. It was pity that we cannot arrive sooner to enjoy the sunset in the pool. We will definitely consider staying more days at Hansar next time.😄

Virkailija otti käyttöön moottoripyörävuokrauksen 200 astetta päivässä. Voit panttaa passisi tai 5000 ฿ plus kopion passista. Valitsimme jälkimmäisen. Koh Samuilla on niin kätevää ajaa moottoripyörällä. Se voi mennä minne tahansa. Hotellin ranta on pehmeä ja puhdas, ja merivesi on kirkasta. Moottorivene on 1000฿50 minuuttia. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä matka oli erittäin miellyttävä, ja hotellin hyvä palvelu vaikutti suurimmaksi osaksi.

From the moment we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, the staffs greeted us offering cold towels and refreshing drinks as we admired the stunning view by the lobby. The hospitality was genuine and consistent throughout our stay—attentive but never intrusive. 
Our room was spectacular and the view by our balcony were just beautiful. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully laid out with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the natural beauty shine in. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and indulgent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out. It’s perfect for a getaway. With its unbeatable views, warm service, and luxury comforts, it’s easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! 🫶🏼

Very nice stay, the hotel is off the beaten path, with very small private beach. 10 minutes walk to lamai beach. Very clean and beautiful room, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Nice pools. The breakfast was good, with both buffet and a la carte, quick service. Staff was lovely. The food was not really an highlight tho, would recommend going to the small town.

Really incredible resort. Very boutique luxury experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and by the end of the trip could easily recognize us and expect our requests. The resort is beautiful, two great pools and a private beach located in a little cove blocked by land on both sides. Our villa had a nice view of the ocean with plenty of privacy for our pool. We had breakfast included, which was in a gorgeous restaurant with a fantastic food and views (pictured). We had a great vacation!

Hotellilla on pieni, täysin vehreän kasvillisuuden ympäröimä alue. Kolmen hengen huoneet ovat hyvin harkittuja, naapureita tuskin kuulee. Henkilökunta on avuliasta. Mukava bonus - heillä on kahvinkeitin ja välipaloja päivän aikana. Aamiaiset ovat mahtavia! Mitä en pitänyt: - astiat olivat likaisia! - he tekevät huonoa pirtelöä, liikaa jäitä, se rouskuu suussa, maistuu vedeltä eikä miltään muulta! - hotellin vieressä olevaa rannan osaa, joka on sen alue, ei ole puhdistettu tupakantumpeista! Likainen!

Beautiful little gem! The staff are super friendly and the rooms are so big and comfortable. The pool is really beautiful as well. Very close to the airport and great, affordable restaurants and massage places nearby. The only downside for me was that the beach and sea out front aren't quite as nice as a bit further down, but it's only a 5 minute walk down the beach to get to a bit deeper waters. Still a beautiful view from the beach and at a quieter end, which I really liked, and they maintain the beachfront really well. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was fantastic—very attentive and professional. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the property itself was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of areas to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. However, there are a couple of downsides. The beach line is quite narrow, and the sand is relatively coarse, though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire North Coast. Additionally, the rooms are designed in a way that you can hear your neighbors, as they are separated by connecting doors. This can occasionally affect privacy and quietness. Overall, despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful room , beautiful view from room , private and beautiful beach , they gave us early check-in . Must visit hotel and definitely the private beach .
