Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

The lobby was spectacular. We arrived at night but it still can tell that the hotel was clean and large. The employees were friendly and they always had wore a big smile on their faces. The room was clean and tidy, which had a big open shower space. Taking a shower with air conditioner was a little chilly but it was totally tolerable because the whether was so hot outside. Swimming pool was stunning with a wide view of ocean. It was pity that we cannot arrive sooner to enjoy the sunset in the pool. We will definitely consider staying more days at Hansar next time.😄

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way. Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system! The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus! We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly. We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish. Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable. Garrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

Everything and anything was perfect at the hotel.  Lovely staff, great facilities, very baby friendly and family supportive. The beach is really private and no trespassing of unknown people happening. Staff is ready to assist with any questions and provide any help. For example we asked about nanny and they were keen to help to find it outside of hotel. It is absolutely great. Service, and atmosphere is beyond and your stay is literally crafted for your needs in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Hopefully I have a chance to come there again

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui and had a wonderful experience. Their service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with our room always tidy and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of international options. However, the Thai buffet selection was a bit limited and slight disappointment. The gym and pool facilities were great, providing a perfect spot to relax and stay active during our stay. Overall, I'd recommend the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui for its excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and great facilities. Just be prepared for a higher price point.

This was the finest room I have ever stayrd in. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and thw service was world class. The breakfast was also quite lavish. Thank you to all the stand out amazing staff from the guys helping with beach chairs, the servers at breakfast, and front desk reception you elevate the experience.

Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses. The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in paradise.

We recently stayed at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was welcoming 😃 We'd like to give a special shoutout to the Hotel Manager, Boky, and her amazing team for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our stay. Initially, we didn’t realize we had booked the wrong room, but Boky kindly upgraded us to an Oceanfront suite. The room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered unforgettable, great view! We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and her team for making our dining experiences truly exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made each visit memorable and special. We travel often, but this stay stood out because of the exceptional people who went out of their way to make our time memorable.
