The nice hotel! The location is convinient to HQ airport and metro station. There are many restaurants in SOHO place near by. The guests were a bit noisy and knocked the door badly. The staff were friendly and nice breakfast!

Hotel is clean, spacious, modern-looking, and close to the metro station. There might be cigarette smell along the walkway (to room) but no smell in the room. There are food options nearby too. However, it is slightly far away from the city centre.

Erittäin suositeltavaa. Se on lähellä 1000trees-ostoskeskusta. Kutsu auto Bundiin tai Nanjingin kävelykadulle, matkaa on noin 2 kilometriä, matka kestää noin 15 minuuttia. Hintaan ja laatuun verrattuna se on hintansa arvoinen. Turvajärjestelmä on erinomainen. Hissiä avattaessa on käytettävä avainkorttia. Kahdelle hengelle saa kaksi avainkorttia, erittäin kätevää. Unohdin tuolloin jotain autoon, joten nousin autosta ja pyysin henkilökuntaa auttamaan kuljettajan kanssa puhumisessa. Henkilökunta on erittäin mukavaa. He auttavat niin paljon kuin pystyvät. Siivouspalvelu on joka päivä. Vaihdetaan tavarat joka päivä. Savukkeiden hajua ei ole lainkaan. Hotellin vastapäätä oleva riisikauppa on erittäin herkullinen. (Suosittelen paloiteltua kanamenua, erittäin herkullista.)

Service: The staff could not communicate in English. Room: I stayed in a room without a window. The room was not spacious, and the lighting was orange, making it dim and not bright enough. The room layout was strange, with very little space between the end of the bed and the wall, making it difficult to walk. There was no refrigerator in the room. The walls were not soundproof at all. I stayed for 3 nights — on the second night, I could hear people talking loudly around midnight, and the sound of doors slamming could be heard frequently. On the third night, around 2 a.m., the phone rang three times, and when I picked up, it was an automated voice speaking Chinese, which I couldn’t understand. It woke me up and I couldn’t fall back asleep. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable — I couldn’t sleep well because there was constant noise and the walls did not block sound at all. Location: The hotel is located inside a commercial building, with the front desk on the 6th floor and my room on the 7th floor. The location is great — close to the metro station and surrounded by four large shopping malls, as well as plenty of restaurants both inside the malls and near the metro.

The front desk was polite, kind and helpful, the hotel looks fine, location is perfect as it is located in front of Guilin park metro line 15, near to several malls and restaurants. I did not like the lighting in the room as it feels dark and too yellow feels like in the 80s or 70s , the rooms will get dusted quickly and easily, i would sneeze every few minutes, amenities are enough, view is good, breakfast is tasty. I wouldn’t comeback again.

No restaurants, stores or malls within a walkable distance. 2. Hallway carpets are dirty and gross 3. See through toilets/bathroom so no privacy 4. Walk very far to the dryer room (they have 2 buildings) 5. Too many cabinets (send more like a hihi I see dormitory or short term rental than a hotel 6. Very tight space in bathroom and toilet as spaces used up for cabinets 7. Breakfast an additional RMB41 - the most expensive so far 8. Sewage smell from hallway in first floor

It is quite far from the subway on foot. We had to drag the luggage from the subway station to the hotel when we arrived. We hailed taxi when we left for Pudong airport, which was less than 30 minutes away. Rooms are big, comfy, and clean with great view. There are a lot of restaurants close by. Service is great. There are laundry room with many washer and dryer for free. Overall, a very comfortable hotel for a family stay.

1st time staying at this hotel, as I usually use the Holiday Inn opposite this hotel. This hotel is lovely and certainly, the best budget hotel I have ever stayed - As stated, it is a budget hotel by price, but it certainly does not look or feel like a budget hotel, as it is really very nicel. The bedrooms are excellent, the bathrooms large, well equipped, modern, good WiFi, beds are comfortable, a good size desk to work at, a place to layout and open your suitcase, an armchair to sit in - Lovely 👍 Breakfast is good and the breakfast room is large and bright 👍 Services at the hotel are good and modern, such as the laundry, gym and even a yoga room. The staff are well presented, very helpful and patient. In the lobby there is a Bean Star coffee outlet which is a real bonus, as it serves an excellent selection of very good coffees. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn Jiading again and this is now my hotel of choice 👍

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and neat and had everything we required, the bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that. The location was abit far from the bund but it was nice and quiet with no traffic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my overall experience was average. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxation. The location is acceptable and relatively peaceful, though it is somewhat far from the nearest metro station, which might be inconvenient for those relying on public transportation. On the other hand, the service at the front desk was below expectations. I noticed a delay in the check-in process and a lack of professionalism in guest interaction. I believe the hotel should work on improving customer service by offering better training to the staff and speeding up the reception procedures to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking cleanliness and calm, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service area
