"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "環境：超級好，去的時候正當櫻花盛開，卡丁車開在櫻花大道，美翻了。 衞生：阿姨打掃的很乾凈，有泳池有私湯。 服務：老闆超好！！！有應必答，帶着我們挖筍，撿雞蛋！ 設施：民宿裏有卡丁車、桌球桌、電玩、ktv，畫重點、都是免費的。 走的時候還送了伴手禮，值得再去"

"為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！"

"位置離高速口比較近，到天目湖和南山竹海半小時左右車程。房間挺大，一進門有送小朋友的奶龍小公仔，算是個小驚喜。衞生第一眼覺得還可以，但是枕頭上有黑色的小蟲屍體，比較膈應，床品和枕頭不太舒服，下水管道聲音比較大，睡到清晨五點左右，窗外不知道是什麼東西的警報聲，響了大概半個小時，很影響睡眠。小冰箱不怎麼製冷，比常温好不了多少。説個笑話，所謂迷你吧就兩瓶礦泉水+兩袋速溶咖啡/茶包，詢問前台為什麼沒有像其他酒店一樣迷你吧配置一些基礎飲料，被一個類似於保潔着裝的大媽告知不要和其他地方比，旁邊的前台小姑娘也不管事。天氣熱玩一圈晚上9、10點樣子回來要兩瓶礦泉水（周圍沒有超市），被前台和該大媽告知5元一瓶，大媽還連續多次反問房間不是已經給了4瓶了嗎？（桌上兩瓶+迷你吧兩瓶），真的不知道貴店是不是給了大媽兩份工資，還兼職前台工作。晚上在酒店中餐廳吃飯，服務還是不錯的，服務員比較熱情，態度也很好，餐後水果能看出是現切的，很新鮮，整體口味也可以，性價比高，所以即使第二天退了房，去玩南山竹海後還是再次到酒店用了晚餐（主要是想品嚐一下酒店的魚頭湯，但口味説實話不如天目湖附近的店，衹能算中規中矩，於我們預期而言有點失望）。總的來説，入住體驗比如以前住過的酒店，服務甚至比不上亞朵和全季，雖然標着五星，但細節上透着小家子氣（餐廳除外）。"

"酒店環境清幽，建築與自然融合得恰到好處，坐在陽台看着湖面頭頂竹影樹葉讓人放鬆。客房設施舒適如家，每天都會換新毛巾，房間不會有種悶着的味道，衞生間也是很亮。特別感謝管家邢歡萍提供的服務，細緻且熱心，從來到走每一個環節都關懷備至悉心關切。整個酒店的服務團隊專業且不過度打擾，恰到好處的邊界感讓人倍感自在，有任何需要或對旅遊的疑問都可以問，她們給的回答都非常有幫助。這裏真的很適合從城裡逃出來休閑，淡季來非常舒服😌裏面送的竹海和山水園門票非常超值，很適合親子，都不用費心安排行程，而且酒店就在山水園門口，非常不錯。推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

"與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。"
