Conclusion: overall great relaxing glamping experience but lack a couple of things. I rate it 7.5/10, I would definitely recommend any laowai to go. also pet friendly as some people brought their pets. we stayed for 2 nights over the weekend during plum rain season and it was perfect sleeping under the rain pitter patter. The glamping site also have a pool and a small kids playground (nothing fancy). we stayed on a 2 bedroom tent connected by a tunnel. Food option: breakfast is provided, I'm not sure if the establishment can also provide food for lunch or dinner, but I see some people also buy what appears to be waimai, but we brought our own food and cooked on the deck under the cover with a butane stove, it was great! Activities; the site also have different activities like SUP, horse riding (with a 3rd party) and bonfire, but we didn't do it. we just walked around the site and found that it's part of a greater archeological city tourism site being GE set up. Negative: The only downsides were our tent had a bathtub but it wasn't working, the window doesn't have a block out cover and the surrounding area had some street lights to light up the tent area so some lights still get through, and some people also play loud music(since it's a tent it's not sound proof, but this can't be controlled)

做服務，做酒店，這幾年酒店行業這麼的卷，在今天這個時間還有一家能把服務做那麼好那麼捨得在客人身上投入資金的民宿已經很少見了，我去過21個國家住過上百個民宿，在日本服務業那麼卷的地方工作學習過，體驗過在全世界被服務行業最頂級的國家的服務這家民宿的體驗感仍然讓我不得不主動去寫好評.如果有人來安吉，或者來安吉度假這家，這家店的體驗感一定是超前的，你能真正看到一個團結的團隊和真心把你當家人的一羣可愛的人，做服務行業，我一直覺得假客氣或者説順着你話是已經是能夠讓客人感到很舒服的體驗了，但這家店真正做到了什麼叫把你當作自家人.他們做到了一個服務業的最高境界.同時因為老闆非常重視產品品質的原因店裡的各個細節把控也做的很好，甚至到達了你使用的浴巾和牙刷.阿姨們會親切的問你餓了麼會給你煮餃子吃，管家小哥會給你提行李，泡温泉的一趟趟帶你上山下山，甚至老闆面對小朋友想要打遊戲他也會主動過去陪着小朋友打遊戲.一個好的服務業企業他需要好的好的產品，但人的善良或者説人對人本身的交流才是詮釋了這家民宿做到的最高境界吧.如果你想過來度假可以試試這家民宿我想它不會讓你失望的.

The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10.

What a fantastic home stay. My partner and I stayed for the weekend, and everything was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful (despite us both being able to speak Chinese and the staff not speaking English, they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome). The room was big, clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a water machine which was really helpful especially with the weather being so hot. We spent one afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, and it was peaceful and the water was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good, with enough selection to choose from. The location was also brilliant, with it only being a ten minute walk to where the buses take you to Skyland, which is why we visited the area. We will be coming back to stay here in the next few months when we visit the area again! Thank you for a great weekend.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

很美很讚的度假酒店，在靈峯度假區，自然風光絕美，空氣清新，整體環境乾淨清爽。帶娃出行選了孩子喜歡的大熊豪華大床房，確實可愛，不捨得離開。園子裏有不同風格的建築和房型，錯落有致，很多都想去去體驗下。擺渡車多且快，來回大堂，房間、餐廳、遊樂場特別方便。接觸過的每一位工作人員都很好，温和、耐心、高效，恰到好處的熱情和周到，真正的好服務，特別難得，必須點贊，給管家小吳點贊！

小夥伴選的民宿風景真挺不錯，他家早餐在淡季的民宿算種類很齊全因為有酸奶哈哈。客房阿姨打掃都消毒，我自帶的一次性用品都沒用他們客房裡都有，衞生特別乾淨放心。KTV超級大哦包了2小時唱K也給了優惠。還有棋牌室免費玩這次沒時間，下次可以考慮來住兩晚。晚餐是管家給我們打包好送到房間的服務很到位，會推薦給其他夥伴。

Our trip here were a bit difficult because we can’t speak mandarin at all. All staffs were trying to help eventhough they couldn’t speak English. My butler‘s name is Xiao Kong. He was very helpful. He explained and gave information all the things we needed to do. Moreover my son and I played snowboarding until the slope was closed. And we found that my son’s goggles was lost. We contacted one staff member. His name is Chen jie. He brought us to the place in the slope to look for it. He let us add his WeChat and will contact us once any member can find. Luckily early in the morning, he texted to us that one of the coaches has found and keep for us. That’s amazing. We thought it should have been gone. We recommend this place is worth to visit.
