Conclusion: overall great relaxing glamping experience but lack a couple of things. I rate it 7.5/10, I would definitely recommend any laowai to go. also pet friendly as some people brought their pets. we stayed for 2 nights over the weekend during plum rain season and it was perfect sleeping under the rain pitter patter. The glamping site also have a pool and a small kids playground (nothing fancy). we stayed on a 2 bedroom tent connected by a tunnel. Food option: breakfast is provided, I'm not sure if the establishment can also provide food for lunch or dinner, but I see some people also buy what appears to be waimai, but we brought our own food and cooked on the deck under the cover with a butane stove, it was great! Activities; the site also have different activities like SUP, horse riding (with a 3rd party) and bonfire, but we didn't do it. we just walked around the site and found that it's part of a greater archeological city tourism site being GE set up. Negative: The only downsides were our tent had a bathtub but it wasn't working, the window doesn't have a block out cover and the surrounding area had some street lights to light up the tent area so some lights still get through, and some people also play loud music(since it's a tent it's not sound proof, but this can't be controlled)

Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

I had a wonderful stay in Anji, and I’d like to give special thanks to Luna. She greeted me warmly every day and always responded to any request right away with great enthusiasm and care. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

乘着天氣好帶小朋友周邊踏青，開始是被名字吸引。因為之前帶小朋友讀過金銀島這本書📖，到了之後發現居然真的有和書本故事呼應。小朋友激動的不得了説住了就能像吉姆一樣勇敢又智慧了。房間一進去就像在船上一樣乾淨又温馨，這個價位就給配備了咖啡膠囊機和迷你吧真的是超級用心💗了。服務人員都很温柔熱情，風景也是非常好🏞️。拍照超級出片👍，因為它的造型真的非常有新意。如果以後還有機會來安吉還會考慮這家~  住夠了普通酒店想要換換風格的可以無腦沖~

As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

很美很讚的度假酒店，在靈峯度假區，自然風光絕美，空氣清新，整體環境乾淨清爽。帶娃出行選了孩子喜歡的大熊豪華大床房，確實可愛，不捨得離開。園子裏有不同風格的建築和房型，錯落有致，很多都想去去體驗下。擺渡車多且快，來回大堂，房間、餐廳、遊樂場特別方便。接觸過的每一位工作人員都很好，温和、耐心、高效，恰到好處的熱情和周到，真正的好服務，特別難得，必須點贊，給管家小吳點贊！

My husband and I had the most incredible vacation experience at Club Med Anji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe. The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request. Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family. One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out. Last but not the least we really enjoy the lovely conversation with Hotel manager Jarod and Leisure manager Kevin. Thank you all for such relaxing and enjoyable days! We certainly will be back!!

Our trip here were a bit difficult because we can’t speak mandarin at all. All staffs were trying to help eventhough they couldn’t speak English. My butler‘s name is Xiao Kong. He was very helpful. He explained and gave information all the things we needed to do. Moreover my son and I played snowboarding until the slope was closed. And we found that my son’s goggles was lost. We contacted one staff member. His name is Chen jie. He brought us to the place in the slope to look for it. He let us add his WeChat and will contact us once any member can find. Luckily early in the morning, he texted to us that one of the coaches has found and keep for us. That’s amazing. We thought it should have been gone. We recommend this place is worth to visit.
