Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.

I will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

Hotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

I’ve stayed at this Hyatt location 3 times this past year. It is definitely my favorite staycation city getaway ! The location, large rooms with spectacular sea views, tubs and waterfall showers. friendly staff, and all the best amenities: poll, hot tub, spa, restaurants on site, and an overall relaxing vibe. I’m already looking forward to my next future stay.

We stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money. The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill. We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA. Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.
