Walking distance to metro station. Convenient stores next to hotel. Lots of shops to eat within walking distance. The receptionist and guard were extremely helpful. Coffee machine at lobby. Room was clean.

This was my second time to Urumqi, what can I say, it never fails to impress me. The hotel looked brand spanking new and had a great vibe. I was greeted by a friendly team at this hotel who went above and beyond to assist me in making my stay a memorable one. The amenities offered here are awesome, they have a small gym, washers and dryers and a very inviting and equipped lobby. There was a coffee machine and ample beverages there too. The room was spectacular and everything was kept in an immaculate condition. Heating and cooling systems were fully functional and the bathroom was spacious enough. Soundproofing was excellent too, I was not disturbed by banging doors or next door neighbors at all. Daily cleaning service and replenishment was promptly done and really I have nothing to complain about. A very big thanks to the staff here for their friendly and helpful service which is truly what hospitality is all about. The buffet breakfast was delightful and sufficient, with enough varieties of local food and dishes, fruits, and desserts. This hotel lived up to my expectations and surprised me in so many ways. Will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town. Xie xie

Проживали в отеле с 23 февраля 2026г. Описание отеля соответствует заявленному. Проживаем остались довольны. Есть мелкие нюансы, но главное позитивный настрой. По пути в номер можно “пообщаться“ с роботом-доставщиком, который сам себе вызывает лифт. А если после 23.00 будете громко разговаривать, голос из динамика расскажет, что вам надо делать:) Персонал доброжелательный.

We reached very late after a long journey and while booking had asked for extra bed. The staff does not speak english at all , they refused to provide extra bed and said we will have to manage with whatever is available as tbey are short staffed and no one can put extra bed. It took us one hour and lots of discussion to get another room and finally manage to get some rest. Not worth booking. Carpets were dirty also.

Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in.   I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible. Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes  found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking. Pro is location near railway station.

Nothing much to eat around hotel so you have to eat at the hotel for dinner. Food is ok, there is seafood on 2nd floor. Second time staying. They email me to ask if I wanted late check out even though I left at 6am for checkout so it was weird. Is 20min from airport. Also, good starting place to tianshan tianchi.

民宿房間整潔乾淨，院子內還有咖啡館小靜吧，設施一應俱全，還養了兩衹可愛的雪橇犬，乖巧親人，特別可愛！！！美景加美食🍜，完美的一天從這裏開始！距離滑雪場衹有五分鐘，並且民宿帥哥老闆非常熱情😊，車接車送我們去滑雪場，有啥問題也是有問必答。非常滿意的一次滑雪旅行住宿，下次來還住這裏♥～～！

Комнату категорически не убирают. Только воду ставят и пару чайных пакетиков. Гостиница в целом средняя, по себе комфортно находиться. Если уходить с комнаты и приходит через часа 3-4 тогда сильная вонь с туалета.

Couldn't expected too much with this price. Only electric blanket (was in Nov. 10c) Toilet a bit small. Stairs case rather dark. Auto light on/off but not functioning well. Metro 200m away, bus service good, can go every where if you're not in a hurry. Baidu if you know. Food is everywhere down the alley.
