Did not cook so unsure if the induction cooker was still working.
Fridge is working well, freezer and chiller were functioning.
Beds were very clean, a huge saving grace!
Location is awesome!
Good view both from inside the room and along the common corridor.

However, the floor was very dusty and clearly not cleaned well.
Main room door did not function properly. Instead of the usual push down, you actually have to pull the handle up.
Wooden floors were also broken and risked cutting one's feet.
Shower curtains were moldy.
Inner toilet door (sliding type) could not lock.
Living room sofa was thinned out.
TVs were not working.
Water was reduced. From 500ml bottle to 250ml bottles.
Bedroom slippers are no longer provided.
And you no longer need to tap room access card to access guest room levels."

The parking is easy for me coz the parking there is easy to see ppl out and park. The toilet is super duper clean, and the. sleeping area is so quiet, everyone there is mature adult, there try to keep the most quiet they can in the sleeping area. Common area really feel warm and cozy. There have 2 cats there is very fluffy and watch TV and gaming area. It is really a place worth to stay, will come back again if visit thai place again.

EEddy MeisterI stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups.
The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient.
Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot.
Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant.
One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times.
Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.

RRC8888Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay.

CCaren 鎂晴Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning.
1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use.
2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical.
3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom.
4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved.
5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night.
6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating.
7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup.
On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved.
The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient.
Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.
