We stayed at The Shore Hotel on 15/2/2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for exploring Melaka.
What impressed us the most was the honesty and professionalism of the hotel staff. My wife accidentally left an ang pow with RM500 under the pillow after we checked out. We only realised it later and immediately contacted the hotel. The team responded promptly, conducted their checks, and successfully located the money.
They even arranged for the RM500 to be safely banked into my account. We are truly grateful for their integrity and efficiency. It speaks volumes about the management and the quality of their staff.
Thank you to the team at The Shore Hotel for going the extra mile. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melaka!"

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with the room and common areas kept spotless. The food was equally good - fresh, well-prepared, and flavourful. Every meal (breakfast) was enjoyable, reflecting great attention to quality and hygiene. Overall, the Hallmark Crown Hotel provided a comfortable and satisfying experience."

"A proper hotel with its own parking compund. The hotel is quite new, with sufficient facilities like swimming pool and gym area. The room is spacious and complete with the basic toiletries. The aircond was good and cleanliness of the whole room is average. The only small problem with my room was the shower area. There's some sort of blockage with the drain but overall the shower experience was good with steady strong current flow. Overall, this hotel is very well worth the price of slightly above RM100."

Beautiful hotel, location is fantastic near Jalan Bunga Raya and Jonker Walk. The room is nice, bed is comfy, shower water pressure is great. Plenty of parking for those driving, just remember to validate at the counter before driving out its complimentary. The front desk agents are very friendly, it was an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for one with great location in Melaka.

Booked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

Holiday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful.
I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Melaka! The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Jonker Street and other main attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing night’s rest.
The room was comfortable, with cozy beds, good air-conditioning, and all the essentials you’d expect from an international hotel brand. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions or local recommendations.
Breakfast offered a good variety of both local and Western options, and the dining area was bright and pleasant. Parking was convenient, and Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout the stay.
Overall, ibis Melaka delivers great value for money — perfect for both leisure and business travelers looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay in the heart of Melaka. Highly recommended!

Last minute trip to melaka. The unit is very comfortable and very clean. Check in process is quick and easy. From the balcony you still see the city, it is beautiful at night and breezy too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There's WiFi and TV box for some chill time. Owner is friendly and informative. She recommended some cafe hopping places to us.
The owner recommended us the restaurant at lv44 and had asked us to present the residence access card for 10% discount. Food and drinks are delicious, definitely recommended to have lunch and dinner there.

Kami book with breakfast. Bilik sangat selesa dengan harga yg sangat berpatutan. Would love to extend our night, but we really have to go back. As for the buffet breakfast, the food was great. Comes with many choices. Our elders really enjoy the food.

Cleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.
