"Perfect location with excellent views of the Yulong river. Also within walking distance to one of the bamboo raft docks. The hotel staff also offered well priced private tours (buggy with driver) which I used on one of the days to sightsee along Yulong River and surrounds e.g. Moon Mountain, Shili Gallery, lunch in one of the villages, cafe spots etc. The friendly receptionist also helped book tickets in advance so I didn't need to line up when I got to Ruyi Peak (just show passport and enter) Chinese style breakfast was included - hot and delicious noodle soup with egg, fruits, tea. Perfect for a day of exploring! Highly recommended for travellers!"

"We’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in everything from budget hotels to some of the most well-known luxury brands, and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable—everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” at all, just very natural and thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special. The room was something else. Waking up to that view every morning honestly felt unreal—it’s like living inside a painting. The design is beautiful and calming, and every detail in the room felt carefully thought out. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to spending time in the room. One really unique touch we loved was the complimentary 30-minute travel photography session. It’s such a thoughtful experience, and the setting makes for incredible photos—you’re basically surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay even more memorable. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, dreamy atmosphere that makes it really hard to leave. It’s quiet, scenic, and just feels very special compared to a lot of other places we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in many “luxury” hotels before, but this one stands out because it combines stunning design, nature, and truly genuine service. Highly, highly recommend—this place is something special. For us it's more than 5 stars!"

"Our first impression was that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic & efficient. One young lady just came out as soon as we alighted from the taxi & quickly to our luggage to the lobby. Talk about quick service! Our room was great with river view - the balcony space with 2 comfy chairs & a round table made it a very nice place to sit to have a drink whilst looking at the beautiful views. The complimentary afternoon tea was a surprise & it was a real treat to sit at the rooftop enjoying the views plus photo spots. Breakfast was good! You can eat outdoor with a view of the river & mountains. Staff are very kind to ask & check if you need anything. Housekeeping staff also very polite & communicate well. The young lady recommended their restaurant (under same company) just opposite the hotel for dinner & it was the right choice! We enjoyed the dinner so much & we went again the next day for lunch. Restaurant service was great & hotel guests gets a discount on the bill. Upon checking out, we were served by Jessica who helped us to bring the luggage to the taxi & warmly bade us goodbye. Overall an enjoyable trip to Yangshuo made even better by the wonderful staff of this hotel!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very peaceful. We stayed on the sixth floor, and the view was amazing. The roads are narrow, but that’s to be expected because the property is near the fields and river pathway. There are also many Instagrammable places nearby; you can walk or rent a bike or e-bike. The homestay staff are very accommodating and helpful — they helped me book tickets and transportation for guilin tours. I recommend this homestay, and if I come back, I’ll book it again. even the fire exit view is amazing ! 🤣"

"Amazing room, just like the pictures show. The view from our room is amazing (first two pictures). We got the family room for the double windows but my mom's room which was the ”mountain view” room had two windows also and amazing views too. Our room had two beds and a tub. The room was also extremely clean.  There is also a rooftop (last picture) with amazing views for sunset. No pool like the pictures on the roof.  The staff were also amazing and helpful (my mom spoke Chinese so I can't say how their english is). They helped us with our itinerary and helped book tickets. The breakfast was above average - noodles made to order.  The location of the hotel is great - it is connected by a small street into the ”Ancient Town” streets, and it is a 20 minute walk from the 20 rmb view."

"We stayed in Yangshuo, China, at the Waterside Boutique Hotel by the river. The staff were very friendly and highly customer-oriented. We booked a room with a panoramic view, and the scenery from our window was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the mountains and the river. We could even watch the rafting from our room. The river itself was just two minutes from the hotel, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. It was a wonderful place, with fresh air and very kind, pleasant people all around. At the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially a young woman named Minnie, who speaks excellent English. We saw her every day, and she was always available to help us with translation and any assistance we needed. Whenever we wanted to visit local attractions, she immediately offered to arrange transportation, purchase tickets, and even helped us book and buy tickets to Ruyi Peak at a lower price than we would have paid ourselves at the ticket office. Thanks to her help, we even saved 60 yuan. We are truly delighted that we chose to stay at this hotel and visit Yangshuo. We would like to sincerely thank Minnie for her hospitality, as well as the entire staff for their excellent service. We have such wonderful memories from our stay. We truly hope to return to this hotel and to Yangshuo again with our friends and family. Everything was simply perfect."
