Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always taking the initiative to attend to any needs. we rented scooters from the hotel to see the 十里画廊. we also booked the 刘三姐 performance through them. would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yangshuo. The staff are all very friendly in answering our queries even providing 24 hour chat service during our stay. Breakfast is provided & the view is stunning! I could stay here all day if I could. Hotel rooms are all very clean. We also get to check in earlier 桂花小姐姐 谢谢你的招待 我们在阳朔名宿的住宿体验非常棒。所有员工都非常友好，耐心解答我们的疑问，甚至在我们入住期间还提供24小时在线客服。酒店提供早餐，景色更是美不胜收！如果可以，我真想整天都待在这里。酒店房间都非常干净。我们还可以提前办理入住。

沒怎麼在網上看到這家店的推薦，是我自己在平台上找到的，本來是衝著優惠價直接下單的，不過到了民宿之後非常滿意，可能因為是25年新開的店，裝修很新，很乾凈，房間明亮整潔，智能馬桶電動窗簾，還有大屏電視都可以使用，升級的房間面向馬路，本來以為會很吵，老闆還貼心的準備了耳塞，實際上晚上10:00後很安靜，一點聲音也沒有。酒店位置也挺好的，租個小電動去細西街或者遇龍河都非常方便。 總之是下次還會住的民宿！

Meillä oli upea oleskelu tässä hotellissa. Huone oli erittäin siisti, tilava ja erittäin mukava. Palvelu oli erinomaista – henkilökunta oli uskomattoman ystävällistä, avuliasta ja aina vastaanottavaista. He auttoivat meitä retkiemme suunnittelussa ja tekivät kaikesta erittäin helppoa. Skootterin vuokraaminen oli täysin vaivatonta, mikä teki liikkumisesta erittäin kätevää. Aamiainen oli myös erinomainen. Kaiken kaikkiaan henkilökunta teki kaikkensa tehdäkseen vierailustamme nautinnollisen. Yöpyisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudelleen ja suosittelemme tätä hotellia lämpimästi!

Hotel has plenty of space and facilities to cater to families, couples and business. Outdoor cafe beside to chill beside the stream. Can see the bamboo rafts flowing down the river. In front are the various karst mountains, and we get to to the hot air balloon across. Location is convenient. Call for a DIDI to bring us out to the various places of interest like Ruyi Peak, bamboo rafting pier, West Street and Impression of Liu San. Hotel can assist with the booking of tickets of show (for foreigners). Restaurant is available whole day, prepare for lunch and dinner as well. The set lunch was affordable and delicious too. Overall, I do recommend this hotel to stay for couples who want to enjoy quality time in this quiet environment.

Room has a very zen ambience. It is clean and the bed is comfortable too. However I cannot give the same comment for the hotel common area such as their lobby and restaurant which looks very messy. The breakfast is very simple, many people in the morning. Didn’t bother with their complimentary lunch or hi-tea. Staff are generally helpful and polite.

The Hotel and Service is great! Especially for families. But one major issue for us is that they live stream video of all the guests in the swimming pool area from 19:00-22:00 each day. They live stream it to ** (Chinese version of TikTok) for commercial purposes. For us, this is very unusual and feels like an invasion of privacy. And there is no proper coffee for breakfast, but with the great service, you can ask the staff at the reception to order coffee delivery from a local shop. And you refund them for using a Chinese delivery app we foreigners don’t have access to. There is a giant crane towering over the property at the moment. My guess is that it will stay there at least until November 2026, but that’s just a guess based on current construction. Except for the negative, this hotel is solid and has great service. I definitely recommend it.

Boutique hotel with a wonderful overlooking view of the river and bridge. Location is excellent but stairs can but slightly steep for people traveling with elderly.

This room is a traditional Chinese style and decor is quite outdated. There's smoking smell in the room and we must use the air-conditioner to exchange stale air. Carpet is stained and lightings difficult to control. We love the split type air-conditioner which we can control the temperature as we like. It is very important because we must close the window at night due to noise outside. Another positive feature is the wooden bathtub. The stopper leaks a little so we use plastic bag to stop it from leaking when we use the bath. Customer service is excellent and they make sure we get the right service every time.
