Location isWe stayed 2 nights at Bo Yangshuo Hotel. The location is very convenient, right at the start/end of West Street (西街), making it easy to walk around while still being slightly away from the noise. We booked a family room with a bunk bed, which was comfortable and suitable for families. Overall, everything was good and well-maintained. One downside worth highlighting is that the toilet glass partition has been removed, so sounds from flushing, hand washing, and showering are quite loud. The bed head is located just above the toilet area, so it can be disturbing at night. Also, when using the bathtub, be careful as water may splash onto the bed area. Aside from this issue, our stay was pleasant and the location is a big plus, especially for first-time visitors to Yangshuo.

We’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in everything from budget hotels to some of the most well-known luxury brands, and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable—everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” at all, just very natural and thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special. The room was something else. Waking up to that view every morning honestly felt unreal—it’s like living inside a painting. The design is beautiful and calming, and every detail in the room felt carefully thought out. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to spending time in the room. One really unique touch we loved was the complimentary 30-minute travel photography session. It’s such a thoughtful experience, and the setting makes for incredible photos—you’re basically surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay even more memorable. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, dreamy atmosphere that makes it really hard to leave. It’s quiet, scenic, and just feels very special compared to a lot of other places we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in many “luxury” hotels before, but this one stands out because it combines stunning design, nature, and truly genuine service. Highly, highly recommend—this place is something special. For us it's more than 5 stars!

I wish I could give this place a million stars if I could. Our stay was perfect. The owner greeted us when we arrived and shared her extensive knowledge of tea while pouring us endless delicious cups. She also recommended places to hike and eat. The rooms are lovely, super comfortable beds with stunning views. The amenities are wonderful, a beautiful pool in a tranquil courtyard, hot-tubs upon request, discounted tickets to numerous local attractions, and an excellent breakfast - to name a few. There are also cocktails served in your room from 8pm to midnight. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and offering drinks or snacks. We loved every minute here and I would have liked to stay forever. While it is outside of town, don’t let that deter you. Yangshuo proper is a short Didi ride away. The hotel also has electric scooters for rent, which are great fun to zip about on. There are many lovely restaurants just a few minutes away, especially the farmer’s restaurant across the street and Lulu’s restaurant just a short distance down the road. (Try the 苦瓜 - bitter gourd stuffed with pork - it’s AMAZING!!!) Give this beautiful hotel a try, you won’t regret it!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Each morning, the breakfast featured a fixed menu with a delightful variety of noodle and dumpling soups. If you’re looking for a change from Chinese cuisine, the bar offers some great Western options. The pool is beautifully situated against a backdrop of mountains, and our room was lovely! Just a heads-up: there were a few mosquitoes in our room, though we're not sure how they got in since we were careful with the door. The receptionist can assist you with renting a scooter. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and the location is very close to the ancient town. Highly recommended! :)

Erinomainen kokemus! Täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen ja oleskeluun Yangshuossa. Huoneet ovat valtavat ja tilat ovat huippuluokkaa. Tuntuu, että täällä voisi viettää useammankin päivän. Tarjolla on kuumia lähteitä, valokuvauspalvelua ja joogatunteja, mikä on todella hauskaa. Valokuvauspalvelun laatu oli yllättävän korkea, ja hotellin alueella on paljon kauniita paikkoja kuvaamiseen.

We had a great stay at TUI Blue Xiangheli Hotel in Yangshuo and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a modern, design-forward hotel experience in the area. The rooms were a standout—extremely clean, thoughtfully designed, and very modern with a high-end feel. Everything felt new and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away. Service was equally strong. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. There was a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the quality, presentation, and variety were all impressive. It felt well-curated rather than generic, which you don’t always get with hotel buffets. One of the most unique aspects of the property is its amenities. The hotel offers a range of experiences you don’t typically see—spaces for calligraphy, a rock climbing area, and even an on-site cave to explore. It adds a layer of character that makes the stay more memorable. Design-wise, the hotel is beautifully executed. There’s a clear attention to detail across every floor, and the overall aesthetic feels intentional and cohesive. The pool and rooftop garden were highlights. Both offer incredible views overlooking Romance Park, including the iconic three-headed statue and the surrounding karst mountains, which are especially striking when lit up at night. That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. Because the hotel is directly across from Romance Park, there is noticeable noise from the park’s performances in the early evening (roughly 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Additionally, there is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the hotel. While it didn’t take away from the overall experience, it may be a consideration for anyone specifically seeking a very quiet, retreat-style stay. Overall, this is a beautifully designed, amenity-rich hotel with strong service and standout views—just go in knowing it’s in a lively area rather than a secluded one.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The service throughout the hotel was truly excellent, but we would especially like to highlight Tony, the butler. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay feel incredibly special. He anticipated every need with such warmth and professionalism – it’s rare to experience this level of service. We also loved the café. The coffee was absolutely delicious and quickly became one of our favorite little rituals during the stay. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are simply beautiful – elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt comfortable, calm, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily return anytime. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Split duplex room near roof. Upper and lower levels separated by a narrow spiral staircase. The The upper floor contains a king bed, air conditioning unit and large balcony. Balcony opens out to expansive view of Yangshuo town, Xijie and karst topography. Lower floor has a clothes cabinet, tea set and kettle. The bathroom is also on lower section. Bathroom is equipped with a non slip floor in the shower cubicle that has a partial glass partition. A very secluded unit which sits above the fifth floor restaurant. Perhaps a little inconvenient that toilet/bathroom are separated from bedroom, but pretty good value considering the low tariff (only 120 RMB per night).

We stayed in the room with a terrace. The hotel location is the best. Open the curtain and you can enjoy the view! It’s breathtaking! I like the style, it’s super old Chinese atmosphere. Cleanness is the top! I stayed in so many hotels but here you can see it’s really clean. Service is good too, everyone is smiling and trying to help. What I’d like them to improve: Variety for breakfast and amount of coffee they serve. The coffee is pricey but I’ve got only half a cup. And the waitress said that how it supposed to be 😣
