"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of time each day to enjoy it more than once. Also, the food was quite good as well as the coffee, which was more affordable than we thought it would be. The portions for dinner were pretty big so keep that in mind when ordering. The service was very friendly and responsive. Being able to store a couple of small items in the refrigerator in the lobby was super useful for us. The only small thing I would recommend for improvement is to leave a small strainer for guests to use themselves for the hot tub. Although someone came each day to clean it out, over many hours, there can be quite a few small bugs floating in the water. Nothing that prevented us from enjoying the hot water though. We are already thinking of returning again in the future."

"第一次給了個不是滿分的點評，其實是很可惜的，糾結之後還是這麼打分了是真心希望雲跡坡越來越好。民宿環境一流衞生也不錯，住了三晚，老闆娘直接給升級了有露台的視野更好的房型，也是滿滿的好感。不足之處一是設施有些陳舊，床品很乾凈但是有點破洞的床罩真該換換了，電視機屏幕也出現光斑影響效果了；二是早餐有一天衹有麪條，説是有兩個住客要求的，別的沒有準備，以為我們也知道，那麼基本不吃麪條的我能怎麼辦呢，衹能喝點湯吃個蛋對付一下了；三是我們已經告訴了管家不需要打掃房間，所以不要在我們沒要求時擅自進房間，結果一天下午休息時，突然聽到兩下敲門聲我們還沒反應過來就直接有人刷卡開門要進來了！出聲制止後得知是老闆娘母親在巡房，説是看到衞生間燈沒關。雖然她道歉了説不知道房間有人，但這也太無語了吧？客人哪怕不在房間留個燈沒關難道會有什麼影響或危險需要幫客人關燈嗎？何況專門提出了不經允許不要進房間，這點真是很敗了好感。就寫這麼多了，真是希望雲跡坡山居能揚長避短，提升改進，待我們下次來莫干山還能舊地重遊選擇住在更好的這裏。"

"The whole experience was satisfying. The hotel itself is nicely designed and it felt very cosy. The hosts where very nice and helpful. They always tried to help us, for example to take our luggage to our room. The room wasn't very big, but we still appreciated it. The bathroom was quite big and well equiped. Just don't forget to go to the reception to get the soap, toothbrush and other amenities. The pool was small, but still nice. The breakfast was good, but a little too small for us. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is located near a few restaurants and cafes. The Moganshan scenic area isn't too far from the hotel. The view on the mountain is good. To conclude, it was a great overall experience! I will definitely return."

VVieraskäyttäjäMe and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary here. We wanted to book a really nice place. I came across this hotel that had a private sauna in the room and thought it would be perfect for a spa-like retreat. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a big tub in the middle, a sauna, rain shower and a view of the mountain. The owner was very polite and accomodating. She allowed us to check in early, brought us a TV when requested, and the breakfast was “home cooked style” where they used some fresh seasonal ingredients grown around the area. For those with cars it also has a sizeable parking area under the building. Definitely recommend staying here on a visit to Moganshan.

PPearl SWe had a wonderful stay here. The owner of the hotel was very warm and friendly. The environment is super clean and peaceful, as well as very beautiful and aesthetic! The room is even bigger than the pictures; it also has a small lobby within the room for shoes. We enjoyed the private balcony a lot, and were kindly gifted a hot soup dessert. The dinner meal was also prepared fresh and tailored to meet our vegetarian requests. The boss also helped us book tickets to a nearby park and personally drove us to the entrance! Much too kind! Will surely return next time

AAlexRJSuperb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

The highlight of my stay, however, was the host. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to provide personalized recommendations and even shared some local insights that enriched my experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

HHunter HillFantastic and quiet location. The staff/owners are so kind, even waiting until you leave your room before they go to clean it - which gives the ultimate privacy there’s no one knocking at your door to clean your room by a specific time. They have two cute and very well behaved dogs that love the guests. The breakfast and dinner is traditional and the dinner is an extra fee, but well worth it. All the food is fresh and locally sourced that day. 100% would stay here again.

This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very calm relaxed aura. The room itself was bright and airy. A huge bath large enough for 2 people and a large balcony. There were lots of indoor activities to partake in or many cosy places to talk, read or work. Overall a very peaceful place with a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Many thanks for amazing service! ❤️
