"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

"During my visit, I had the opportunity to experience the National Holiday and Asian Games. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, especially given the ongoing excitement and energy associated with the games. In the evenings, there were numerous dining options to choose from, and the area was bustling with activity.
The surroundings of the hotel were characterized by a spacious and open environment, with a running track located right in front of it. While the hotel may not have offered 5-star accommodations, it provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, which was perfectly suited to my needs. Sometimes, the location and the lively atmosphere surrounding it can outweigh the need for luxurious accommodations."

"這次春節訂了德清新開的萬楓酒店，去之前還有點擔心，畢竟第一次住萬楓，不知道和萬豪差別大不大！
實際入住體驗還不錯，畢竟萬豪集團旗下基本的標準還是有的，房間也不錯，雖然不大但也夠了！不侷促！
早餐相對萬豪是有點簡單的，這也可以理解。
主要是入住下來感覺酒店的管理還是不錯的，早餐雖然人很多，但每個客人都有人領位，所以一點也不亂，補貨也及時！
最後一天我們其中有一間房間有異味，酒店方也能很及時的反饋並解決！
下次櫻花盛開的時候再來德清還會入住！"

"Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

"What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life!
The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean.
The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier.
Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had.
The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor.
There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp.
The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature.
One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭
I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!"

"酒店地理位置優越，靠近德清火車站，離下渚湖風景區也非常近，無論打車、公交都很便利，
酒店非常乾淨，大堂井然有序，房間裏也是乾乾淨淨，餐廳也很乾凈。酒店設施齊全，乾濕分離，除了浴室有點小，其他基本沒缺。
房間很大，並配置了沙發，洗浴用品齊全，毛巾選用的是一次性毛巾，更衞生，用着也更安心。房間裏沙發比較軟，床的話，坐上去也是軟軟的，但睡着還好，不是那種很軟的床。房間裏空調出風稍微慢一點，天冷的時候，不建議空調開太高，最好稍微開點窗，否則房間裏會稍微有點幹。之前看到有文説酒店離高鐵近，有高鐵聲音，還擔心會睡不好，實際：高鐵聲確實會有點，但不算響，也不是持續性的，我晚上9-10點睡，基本沒太影響。
酒店早上的自助早餐還是挺豐富的，有羊角包、奶油蛋糕、水果、熱菜、熱飯，包子、燒賣、米麪餛飩……品類足夠，熱飲冷飲都有，並且服務人員態度客氣，服務及時，非常不錯。
酒店前台服務人員也是客客氣氣的，能及時給予幫助，非常和藹，有事諮詢也非常熱情。非常不錯的酒店，再來德清還是會選擇這家。"

JJade TallowinWe had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road.
I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too.
Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

It is nestled quietly on the foot of a hill with bamboo forest, tranquil and peaceful. The lady owner deliberately designed and built the 3-story house, every corner showing her unique taste. Loved the little garden and playful pets, especially the 4-month-old baby cat.
The room was quiet and spacious with a high ceiling and a lovely bamboo hill view that I can't imagine to have back in Singapore, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed so much staying in the room. The owners were chatty and very friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. And a big thumb-up to lady owner's cooking.
It was a wonderful and memorable time staying in the homestay. Thank you very much!

The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

I came across this hotel that had a private sauna in the room and thought it would be perfect for a spa-like retreat. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a big tub in the middle, a sauna, rain shower and a view of the mountain. The owner was very polite and accomodating. She allowed us to check in early, brought us a TV when requested, and the breakfast was “home cooked style” where they used some fresh seasonal ingredients grown around the area. For those with cars it also has a sizeable parking area under the building. Definitely recommend staying here on a visit to Moganshan.

SSoloWondersHotel is super new and the room was amazingly decorated, with good amenities. Wifi took a while to connect but worked well after the help of the hotel staff. The downside is it’s located close to the road so not convenient for travellers without cars who like to hike the mountain or cycle to the lake. You can see the bamboo forest from your window, walk in the little paths and stream close to the hotel and the pool is clean. So overall a good resting experience! Breakfast is Chinese food. Bring your own coffee if you’re a coffee person! Hotel staff was amazing and ready to help us having a good time :)

CChantelleThis was a fantastic stay. Unfortunately the scenic area closed the night of my arrival due to the approaching typhoon and was also closed the next day. However the staff at the guesthouse were amazing, they packed and brought my dinner to the door and even moved the breakfast to be served in the main house due to the heavy rain. The staff kept me updated throughout my stay. Bonus: My room had a great view of the mountains and even though the typhoon hit, I felt very cozy and safe in my room. The food (home cooked meals) were also delicious. I highly recommend the bamboo shoots!

Llangbaby民宿在仙譚村，在附近的民宿裏算是比較大的，庭院裝修的挺好，有泳池，鞦韆，小主人還送了我自己種的番茄，房間面積蠻大，裝修不叫簡單，喜歡他家陽台，可以看到泳池院景，可以曬衣服，阿姨做的飯的確很好吃，喜歡魚和蝦，特別適合好友不高興喝酒小聚，晚上可以步行去看螢火蟲，老闆娘這裏買門票多少有點折扣，記得問一下！距離田園和碧塢近但是太熱了我們沒去。晚上走到主路上有很多蛙叫聲，很舒服～退房還送了筍乾，有機會還去！
