"Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

"During my visit, I had the opportunity to experience the National Holiday and Asian Games. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, especially given the ongoing excitement and energy associated with the games. In the evenings, there were numerous dining options to choose from, and the area was bustling with activity. The surroundings of the hotel were characterized by a spacious and open environment, with a running track located right in front of it. While the hotel may not have offered 5-star accommodations, it provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, which was perfectly suited to my needs. Sometimes, the location and the lively atmosphere surrounding it can outweigh the need for luxurious accommodations."

"The hotel location is good, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain. It is very clean and well mantained, the staff is very kind and professional. Good breakfast, both Chinese and Western. Such a pity they closed the swimming pool, but the gym is well equipped."

"這次春節訂了德清新開的萬楓酒店，去之前還有點擔心，畢竟第一次住萬楓，不知道和萬豪差別大不大！ 實際入住體驗還不錯，畢竟萬豪集團旗下基本的標準還是有的，房間也不錯，雖然不大但也夠了！不侷促！ 早餐相對萬豪是有點簡單的，這也可以理解。 主要是入住下來感覺酒店的管理還是不錯的，早餐雖然人很多，但每個客人都有人領位，所以一點也不亂，補貨也及時！ 最後一天我們其中有一間房間有異味，酒店方也能很及時的反饋並解決！ 下次櫻花盛開的時候再來德清還會入住！"

"Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable."

"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

"德清這家酒店太贊啦！位置在地信大廈，地下兩層車庫不收費，旁邊有地信和星星兩個充電站，對電車自駕挺友好，步行十分鐘到銀泰城，吃喝玩樂方便。駕車去莫干山、庾村、天際森谷都基本半小時以內。房間給安排了親子套房，有懶人沙發，小帳篷等孩子玩的。酒店裡取送物品基本都安排機器人服務，服務員都比較熱忱，劃重點：性價比超高，春節期間這樣的價格真的很能打。"
