"Service by receptionist was very good , we had some food that was cold so she offered to take it to the kitchen to reheat for us n brought it back to our room by a robot waiter . The free Onsen bath was a added bonus n we could wash our dirty laundry in a laundry room complete with dryer for free . Exceptional service from the staff and will highly recommend this hotel Free Coffee n herbal drink n titbits provided 24hrs for free too ."

"The staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right. I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained. I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors. Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only. The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me. The staff were really kind. There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms."

"Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived."

"定的是庭院雙卧房，小院子比普通庭院大一半。 帶了個三歲的寶寶和長者。 長者住雙床，我們一家住2米的大床。 兩個卧室是聯通的，從雙床房進入左邊有一扇門進去就是大床房的房間。 有兩套獨立的衞浴和兩個浴缸。 衞生還好，裝修風格比大床房新一些，想着還可以讓小朋友在院子裏玩兒所以沒單獨定兩間房。 mini動物園:有兔子，黑天鵝，鹿，山羊，猴子等等小動物，提前在家買好了胡蘿蔔青菜，可以喂。 因為第二天下雨沒去門口的五坊和小黑山。 温泉：第一天去了，第二天沒有去了，原因是第二天如果去，要10點前退房後拿票去不是很方便。 還有就是温泉區市外池就7-8個，其中有兩個還是閑置了，2個是常温水很涼。 剩下的室外池子人多，室內綜合泳池很適合小朋友，有兩個滑梯。大人的大泳池水涼，然後味道有點刺鼻。室內温泉池也有不少，但是室內空氣沒有市外好。如果帶小朋友來玩兒一會兒還是可以的。 水區晚上沒有點菜吃飯的地方，好像有火鍋自助。 回酒店餐廳點餐吃的。 附近的自然風光還是不錯的。"

"房間沒問題，但是我們叫了兩人搓澡➕奶浴，本來和前台定好了是來一個技師，我們一個人接一個人搓，可是來了兩個技師，要給我們同時搓，但是搓澡間的床衹有一個，他們好幾個人又從別的房間搬床過來，又不換鞋，折騰半天，好不容易搓澡間攢的熱乎氣全沒了，床又冰涼，搓的時候凍死了，而且還是幹搓，床也沒有加熱，真的太冷了，技師的手也不熱乎，花了大幾百一點也不享受，反而是遭罪。大家冬天來的時候要慎重選擇搓澡spa這個服務，他們的技師不是自己的，是從另外一家調過來的，反正體驗不好。另外有個浴室剛開始洗，地漏就堵了，雖然師傅很快上門維修，但是有個男人來就是不方便，總之細節還要加強，要不對不起你家2000多的價格。"

"以前去大連旅遊，從未在旅順住過。這次去轉了“闖關東影視城”，第二天還要遊覽白玉山等景點，於是決定在旅順入住一晚。 通過攜程網上找到了這家温泉酒店並果斷下單，看來這個選擇是正確的！這家温泉酒店除了比較遠，需要自駕前往，其他真沒毛病！ 可以説花四星級的價格，享受的是是五星級的體驗！ 這家酒店很氣派，客房很寬敞，還帶個大陽台。 特別值得一提的是，這家酒店的中餐廳很棒！晚上到了飯點兒到那裡去看菜單，沒想到這家星級酒店餐廳的菜價比外面大排檔還要便宜！ 我點了一份海腸撈飯，一份炸大蝦仁，一份燒豆腐外加一瓶啤酒，一共才花了一百六十多元！餐廳服務生的服務還特別周到，兩個人吃不了這麼多他們給免費打了包，並存在餐廳的冷藏冰箱裏，第二天10點以後隨時可取走。 這家酒店的最大特色是住客可以免費泡温泉。每天早九點到晚九點。温泉提供一次性毛巾。 唯一有點小瑕疵的是早餐不夠豐富，可能和客人太少有關吧…… 總之給這家温泉酒店點個大讚，如果自己有車的話，可以選擇自駕去那裡體驗泡室內和室外温泉的樂趣！"
