"What we enjoy the most was the hotel’s buffet! The breakfast buffet is so good and very practical for all guests. We even tried their lunch & dinner buffet as the food is so good and very Filipino taste’s friendly. Rooms can be better and be improved. In one of our rooms, the aircon was low in cold, as if it wasn’t maximized in buttons at all, but it was, literally. There were hundreds of staff everywhere that are all ready to assist you, they were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach-front pool and the fire dance! 🥰 It was our third time in Boracay, but first with La Carmela, and I can say that this stay was really worth it! 💙"

"First of all this is a hotel next to big truck parking which is active even during the night time. My room on the 6th floor was repainted white color but the quality of the repainting is low. On the wall you see that someone uses white color after repainting. Food on the rooftop is of a very high quality possible 4 star hotel. French toast is very good but Italian pizza Is average. The area is very poor and looks dangerous as well road looks like in African poor counties but I use a tricycle to come from the port and to the airport."

"We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. "Overall, the was good and the staff are very nice and responsive. But the problem with their room accommodation is their bathroom. The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing."

"My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before."
