When my partner got sick, they jumped in right awayoffering hot water, extra comforts, check-ins, and genuine concern. Felt like family looking after us. "My room wasn’t well cleaned (as you can see in the photos). The toilet paper hadn’t been changed and was already half used. I could also feel the springs in the mattress, which made it uncomfortable. The scariest part was getting locked out on the balcony. There’s a sliding door that closed behind me and locked immediately. I was on the 10th floor and panicked for a moment. Luckily, the second door wasn’t locked (it seemed broken), otherwise it could have been a serious situation. My room was 1011—be careful with the balcony door. The kitchen is very basic: just a stove, fridge, and electric kettle. All cupboards were empty. If you’re staying longer, note that there isn’t even a glass or basic kitchenware. To access the gym, you need to go to the top floor and then climb additional stairs. The stair area smells very bad, and the gym itself also had a strong unpleasant smell with poor ventilation, so I couldn’t use it. The shared bathrooms were also quite dirty. On Trip.com it says late checkout until 2 pm is possible if available. When I asked reception, they said it was available, but only if I left a 5-star review. I chose not to take it. It felt odd, especially since there is a sign in the room saying they want to improve and reward complaints. It feels like this place might have had its charm in the past, but it’s not well maintained anymore. The staff are friendly, so this seems more like a management issue."

"The room was amazing, clean and big. The reception staff was brilliant. How ever we ran into a problem with one member of staff who was rude ( gave us dirty looks ) after we complained about our food order been wrong. We sent the same meal back 5 times after it was wrong. This was not a language barrier either because we translated it for said person. We told the manager who never got back to us. Other than that problem, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"I have the best time in Hotel Cambodiana. Such beautiful place for a hotel. I felt my White Lotus moments. The room assigned to us was very huge. 5x of what I have in other countries but even more affordable including breakfast. The breakfast was topnotch. we love the khmer food selections, the fruits, and the others. We love the garden restaurant so many great selections for afforadble price. They gave us free drinks too to celebrate. I will be back to book again soon."

The rooms are not just clean; they are impeccably well-appointed and feel incredibly current, reflecting a stylish, modern aesthetic. I especially appreciated the inclusion of contemporary features like the co-working spaces and easy casting from my mobile device onto the TV. Beyond the stunning environment, the true gem of this hotel is its staff. Every person I encountered was polite, helpful, courteous, and genuinely eager to provide great service which is a testament to their high standards of training. The amenities offer perfect spaces for both rest and play. The swimming pool is a beautiful, free-form infinity pool surrounded by comfortable seating. It's such a balmy and restful spot that I even drifted off to sleep there! My evening was spent at the rooftop bar, which boasts amazing vibes. The staff here maintained the same high level of service: they were attentive, well-trained, hospitable, and polite. I highly recommend trying the coconut-based cocktail when it paired perfectly with the savoury pork cracklings for a delightful experience. In summary, the Tribe Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a stylish, modern hotel with a team dedicated to providing a five-star level of friendly, attentive service. "

"We had a perfectly pleasant and quite a memorable stay at Plantation. The place is very beautiful, aesthetically peaceful and hence very calming. The rooms are very harmonious and spacious with high-quality furnishings, very comfortable bed/pillow, great water pressure etc., and overall very clean. The pool was visually stunning, surrounded by trees and cabanas; And was quite frequently cleaned, ridding it of leaves from the trees above. The whole place feels like a ”green haven” with flora and quite a few birds and frogs, and this amount of greenery is something we really love, but did not expect to find in Cambodia! The people who keep it clean and running are the silent backbone of the place and I really appreciate the smiles and the greetings that feel quite genuine. Although I did encounter a couple of rude staff, with a mildly biased behaviour, I'm inclined to rather shrug it off keeping the other kind staff in mind. Overall, a very pleasing and memorable stay at Plantation, that I'll definitely choose again."
