"We had a truly wonderful stay at Arison Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional furniture that gave it a cozy, authentic charm. One of the highlights was the private balcony, offering a lovely view—perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. "Spent my stay at Joya Hotel Phnom Penh and honestly, it surprised me in the best way. The room was spacious, clean, and felt instantly comfortable — perfect lighting, cozy bed, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day.
What I enjoyed most was their café and room service. The café has a warm, modern vibe with smooth coffee and drinks that actually taste fresh, not too sweet, not too strong — just right for a slow morning or late-night chill.
Room service was another highlight: fast, neatly packed, and the food came warm and flavorful. It felt convenient and comforting, especially on nights when I didn’t want to go out.

"Best apart hotel ever. Cleanness, service, security, location.. everything was perfect. The pool on the rooftop is a cherry on the cake. The gym is very impressive too. But the best thing is the staff, always smiling and greeting, always on your help, I highly recommend this hotel for travellers, especially for long term stays. Will return here definitely"

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, which made it easy to relax and sleep well after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the facilities in the room were in great condition.
The bathroom was very clean and hot water available at all times. Housekeeping did an excellent, keeping everything fresh and tidy.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast.
The hotel location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service."

"What a disaster this place is.there is a construction site next door that starts at 7 am loud banging and drilling. The $5 breakfast is not worth it somedays its buffett some days its a la carte you never know until ypu front up.None of the restaraunt staff sppeak english .just try asking for a spoon.
The entrance to the hotel is usually blocked with motorcycles .The putside sitting area is also a smoking area bit ashtrays are seldom emtied.
The whole place is a dissapointment if ypu can avoid it."

RRon Joshua LowStayed at Ostro from 19th to 21st Mar. Had a really pleasant stay. My only complaints are that there was no fridge in the room and the shower had little water flow. What made up for the service was the Front Office Night time Receptionist. She was really friendly to my friend & I, she even treated us to a glass of beer on our last night. The day time receptionist was also really friendly & greeted with a smile each time. Such gestures are what make me come back to such establishments!

KKarma DorjeThis was my first time in dorm # 2 and after not being vowed by the first impression (closer to the noise, door a bit slammy, no wash basin outside the two bathrooms) I had the luck of being placed furthest away from the door and around the corner, I actually prefer this dorm now.
I had the Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread and the portion was really small (see photo). I mean, pasta is so cheap, why not give people a good size portion?
You end up paying $6 for not much food right across from an All You Can Eat place for ($7.80).

: They have a lift. The room is actually big. It has ac, tv, fridge. They also have slippers provided, aside from the towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is nice also.
: It is close to Virak Buntham.
What can be improved : The door of my room gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to close.
: The water in the shower takes long to drain.

RRindertFirst, we had a small, basic room on the fourth floor. It was not okay: almost no daylight and only one lamp worked, which was in the bathroom. The shower was dirty and there was no internet. Fortunately, we got another room, the king suite. This one was very nice, spacious, and large! The breakfast is very basic: toasted bread with egg and watermelon. The location is good: close to the tourist center, the boulevard, and a large market!

LLivvyirvHotel was ideal for our short stay, it’s in a perfect location it’s so close to the palace and water front. The room we had was in an apartment so there was another room which someone was staying in but we had separate bathrooms and the door could lock. Bed was a little hard, but everything was really clean and tidy. Public area modern but our room a little dated than the pictures. But staff very accommodating and friendly.
