"A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

"和朋友一起出來旅遊，第一次來舟山鵜鶘酒店，整體體驗超預期，房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，設施齊全，服務人員態度友好，管家明明有需求響應及時。周邊也交通方便，環境安靜（靠近機場晚上有飛機飛過的聲音，但是還好 工作人員也已經提前提醒），住得很舒心，玩的也很多， 管家明明提前將遊玩訊息發給我們，可以照着時間表玩，海洋雨林兩天無限次進出 體驗感很好， 表演活動也很豐富， 浴場 免費提供泳圈 也有專門的工作人員看護，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。 但是提個小小的建議 早餐真的不太好吃 希望可以改善"

"I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue. It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

"To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. "The room is big but very dark. My parents couldn’t find light switch at first. All the decorations are in black so I would not recommend for anyone who loves bright room. Other than that, the room is comfortable. Breakfast has wide local selection, only that the only staff there greeted every guest with angry face every day. (We were there 2 nights). She refused to refill sugar for coffee saying sugar was out. Sure. Front staffs were willing to help. Laundry is free but the laundry room is not so clean. The water leaked out from under the washing machine."
