We had the greatest time in the hotel. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He even provided us with a better room with a sea view, with no extra charge. The weather changed abruptly on our last day and they canceled our ferry, and the owner was so kind that he helped us booking the next ship and allowed us to stay a little longer with no extra charge. The view is espectacular, and at night we could see the stars in the rooftop. The breakfast was delicious, and the room super cozy. Dawang Beach is not too far away, so it is possible to go there by taking a half hour walk. In sum, an unforgettable experience. Would surely come back!

Booked a family room for 3 people. We’re a family on a quick business trip. The hotel had just opened, everything looked new and clean. The service was good as well. The hotel was not far from the factory we were visiting, so for us the location was just right. However, if you’re staying on a vacation, the location might not be ideal because it is quite far from both Ningbo and Zhoushan’s urban centres and major attractions. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by hills and nearby villages. The breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, it was a good experience.

Rose from Ocean Haven was such a big help this weekend. We booked this hotel for the Can Festival due to its close proximity. Rose called me once I booked the room to make sure we appropriate transportation to the hotel from Ningbo Railway Station. We exchanged WeChat contact information, and she was able to answer all my questions leading up to and during our stay. The room was clean, the amenities were great. The location and views from the hotel were fantastic. My only complaint was that the city doesn’t allow us to swim in the beach in front of the hotel, but the pool made up for it 👍🏼 Great hotel and great service. Thank you Ocean Haven.

The room is big but very dark. My parents couldn’t find light switch at first. All the decorations are in black so I would not recommend for anyone who loves bright room. Other than that, the room is comfortable. Breakfast has wide local selection, only that the only staff there greeted every guest with angry face every day. (We were there 2 nights). She refused to refill sugar for coffee saying sugar was out. Sure. Front staffs were willing to help. Laundry is free but the laundry room is not so clean. The water leaked out from under the washing machine.

Yleinen oleskelu on erittäin tyytyväinen. Hotelliympäristö on puhdas ja rauhallinen, huoneen näkymä on hyvä ja balkonilla näkyy merenpinnan näkyvyys. Reception ja huoltopalvelu on hyvin paikalla, viestintä on oikeaan aikaan, lähetysjärjestelyt ovat hyvin turvallisia. aamiainen ei ole erityisen paljon, mutta maku on hyvä ja ravintola on oikea. Julkinen alue ja uima-allas ovat hyvin valokuvat, sopivat lomalle, tulen seuraavan kerran.

普陀山碼頭接送:海景酒店會專門派專車專人來接送，真的很方便，尤其家裡有長者孩子的話，這個服務我覺得特別受用。 環境：就在百步沙灘景區那邊，風景不用多説，衹要天公作美，第二天妥妥的坐在床上就可以看日出。太美了！！！ 服務：有免費早餐服務，然後這家海景民宿後面有一家叫漫月餐廳。雖然環境其貌不揚，但是他們家海鮮還特別的好吃和新鮮。很推薦！！ 然後這家民宿最棒的一點就是它的位置真的特別好方便，所以去普濟寺，法雨寺，善財洞，還有包括去南海觀音，不肯去觀音廟那邊其實都很方便。處在一箇中間的核心位置。説實話，價格是不便宜的，但整個普陀山上住宿其實都不便宜。所以綜合對比下來，我認為他還是有一定的性價比的，至少這個風景絕對是千金不換。話不多説了，上圖！！！

The room itself was very beautiful, with a big window facing the sea, the view was definitely the highlight of our stay. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll enjoy it. However, there were some downsides. The swimming pool shown in the pictures is not suitable for swimming, it’s very small and mainly for small kids, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also very basic; there were no choices, just a fixed plate! Communication was a bit difficult as the host didn’t speak English, and the check-in process was uncomfortable — she took many pictures of our passports and even asked us to help fill in the details. Overall, the view and the room are great, but don’t expect much from the facilities or breakfast.

So beautiful island and cute hotel. For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place. We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us. Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton. Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

The boat back to Shanghai was canceled, so we had to stay overnight. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the pier, new, clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and efficient. While the staff were not fully familiar with foreign guest registration, they handled it professionally and made an effort to resolve everything smoothly. We booked two rooms, both spacious and well-equipped. Service was responsive, extra towels and slippers arrived almost immediately after we requested them. Breakfast exceeded expectations, mostly Chinese options, with decent coffee. Overall, a very solid choice for a spontaneous overnight stay.
