"Apart from room cleanliness everything else was on point. The management department really needs to up their game. Wasnt satisfied with the hygiene in the corridors - elevators had a bad smell and rooms were stuffy and also had a smell"

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan."

"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom. There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free. And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything. I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

"Noise in the room when the restaurant downstairs is busy . Overall is good. Good location . Restaurant next door serves good breakfast and meals. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Once you open the door, smell of the urine filled the room, It seemed to be the drainage system due to old buildings . Also the toilet door locked by itself in the middle of night and cannot be opened. The staff had to opened it with a tool and informed us to make sure the toilet door must not be closed. The breakfast is quite good but as we are vegetarian, we have limited choice. The front desk female staff is very helpful and help us to book ferry to Putuo Shan. Thank you"
