"Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"Good: Very enthusiastic and helpful service. The 180 degree sea view bedroom had a marvellous view of the sunrise. Nice lighting in the room and decent tv and furniture. Improve: Hot water took a long time to come on, and the rug in the room had some weird damage. Also, the hotel should avoid giving people disposable towels for the shower, and stick with regular towels, which they did give us when we asked."

"Hotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient."

"Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)"

AAnonyymi käyttäjäI wish I had taken more photos of the hotel and the. room we stayed in. the hotel has a homey and welcoming feel. the beds are very Comfortable and the water pressure is good. the decorations are designed to make you feel the seaside feeling of the island. this hotel was so clean, the daily upkeep was meticulous even with my sandy children coming in from the beach, each time we returned to the room it was spotless. the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help us understand the bus and ferry booking, he gave the best tips on where to go and what to see. there the island itself was busy but we found the beaches empty and the children had a Wonderful time playing in the waves. I will return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.

VVieraskäyttäjä房間面朝大海，我們的在拐角剛好 對着小海灣，看着對面的山，風景絕美，房間硬件顯示老闆的用心，全自動調控，就是按鍵太多，要研究還一陣子。我最喜歡的是這家民宿的餐廳，梭子蟹炒年糕連吃兩天，老闆會根據我們的需要，向漁船購買相應的海鮮。味道是花錢也在城裡吃不到的。民宿裏東崖絕壁僅5分鐘步行，建議凌晨花這個門票錢看中國第一縷陽光，其他時間就不要去了。無人村應該在5-8月比較好，我們國慶期間去，很多綠植已經敗了，沒那麼好看。去嵊山島主要去吃海鮮，不要比價格，越好的東西越貴。

SShangshang住了四五天，見到了所有輪值的工作人員，他們全體素質極高 專業修養極高！（其他高端酒店能不能學學啊，不是隨便個人就能幹酒店啊）每個人都極其專業和高效幫顧客解決問題，客人去就行了，啥事都不用操心，這才是真管家式服務啊，我走過國內很多地方的top級的酒店，這家目前是我心裏服務之最。每日打掃極其認真，極其乾淨，很微小的地方保潔大姐都注意到瞭然後給默默解決了，潔癖你就選這，給你個驚喜。有些網友説的早餐很多碳水問題，大家來吃吃試試吧，超級好吃，超級新鮮，衹是拍了這一點點，你就是每一樣就沒你愛吃的，你也可以提出來人家能給你想辦法做嘛。但我喜歡這個早餐，這個形式千萬別換哈，肉蛋奶水果全部齊全，自助早餐也沒這麼齊的。地理位置特好，總結下來這個價格完全超值，我和我媽都覺得很完美，挑不出毛病！！！（床也好睡 房間也大設計特別合理沒有廢物空間 就放心來吧！！！）

VVieraskäyttäjäWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

OoshantoI had an incredible experience during my stay! The amazing ocean view was truly breathtaking and made every moment unforgettable. The staff were incredibly nice, cooperative, and always ready to help, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location was absolutely perfect (be ready to climb some stairs 😄) and adding to the overall charm. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh. First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got. They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai. Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure! Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

AAnonyymi käyttäjä普陀山碼頭接送:海景酒店會專門派專車專人來接送，真的很方便，尤其家裡有長者孩子的話，這個服務我覺得特別受用。 環境：就在百步沙灘景區那邊，風景不用多説，衹要天公作美，第二天妥妥的坐在床上就可以看日出。太美了！！！ 服務：有免費早餐服務，然後這家海景民宿後面有一家叫漫月餐廳。雖然環境其貌不揚，但是他們家海鮮還特別的好吃和新鮮。很推薦！！ 然後這家民宿最棒的一點就是它的位置真的特別好方便，所以去普濟寺，法雨寺，善財洞，還有包括去南海觀音，不肯去觀音廟那邊其實都很方便。處在一箇中間的核心位置。説實話，價格是不便宜的，但整個普陀山上住宿其實都不便宜。所以綜合對比下來，我認為他還是有一定的性價比的，至少這個風景絕對是千金不換。話不多説了，上圖！！！

Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

YykchowThe hotel location is good but not ideal. The hotel did not answer my email inquiry. But they provided transport tranfer between the hotel and the wharf. However you needed to call them. The room was small and furnishing was old. Sound proof was bad and you could hear clearly the conversation from the next room. Advisable to bring comfortable ear plug when staying in 3-star hotel. Needed to walk about 10min to access restaurants and bus station where you had to pay CNY 5 or 10 to reach all the popular attractions on the island. The food on the island was more expensive than Shanghai. They have implemented a quota for the numbers of vistors daily. Foreign passport holder was unable to prebook all the tickets.
