I'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel for our family of 2 elderly, 2 adults and 2 kids 11&14. The whole hotel was spacious on the day we stayed and everywhere was clean! loved the free starbucks coffee frm their very own starbucks outlet there.

The hotel is conveniently located. The services are as advertised. Staff were helpful. Mr.Ren, at the front office was exceptional with customer service. Good job to the team we had a wonderful stay. Suggestion: The ceiling panels in the restaurant needs changing/cleaning. Mould and water stains do not look good in dining area. Also not good for people with allergies.

A very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are great and provide entertainment during one’s stay there. We had the swimming pool to ourselves which was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place!

來普陀山的第四個年頭，這次選擇的希爾頓，酒店地理位置很方便距離法雨寺停車場比較近，也比較安靜，也是有免費碼頭接送的就很方便，下車後會有小姐姐幫忙拿行李，入住的時候遇到了前台小宋，辦理入住手續超級快，業務很熟練，之前都是住在普濟寺那邊，這次選擇了這裏，還沒等我問出口，小宋就特別熱情的跟我們介紹起了周邊坐車該怎麼坐，還跟我們説了好多詳細的攻略，感覺之前來都是在盲目的遊玩，還問了我們返程的行程，又推薦了島外住宿方便的酒店和餐廳，特別貼心。真的要給小宋一個大大的好評，同時表示感謝🙏下次來還會繼續選擇入住希爾頓花園酒店。

Ulkomaalaisia haasteita juuri nyt. Menin syntymäpäivääni tänä vuonna, suunnittelin istua kauniin ulkona uima-allas, mennä rannalle, nähdä temppeleitä, syödä hyvää ruokaa. Huonemme oli korjausmaksusta huolimatta maanpinnan katselemassa suoraan rakennustyötä. Mutta he siirsivät meidät pienempi huone, jossa oli suuri näköala. Myös uima-allas oli “suljettu”. Koko syy varasin hotellin. Kuitenkin, paljon neuvotteluja, he antoivat minun käyttää uima-allas. Ruoka oli tarkoitus olla erinomainen, mutta se oli todella vain keskivaikea. Matkakumppani on kiinalainen ja olen asunut täällä 8 vuotta. Olin vain toivonut kiinalaisen ruoka oli parempi. En edes kokeillut länsimaista ruokaa, koska se ei näyttänyt houkutteleva. Säännöt eivät olleet johdonmukaisia. Joten vähän haastavaa syntymäpäivämatkaa.

The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
