Very clean boutique hotel with huawei smart control. Nice location near xinghai square. Can see bridge light show at 730pm and 830pm. Walking distance to the beach and mrt. Hotel even give my my wife cakes and roses and welcome snack for her birthday. Surely will star again next time. Thank you

I will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

Also, the price is as much as other 5 stars that are not in this location. There are lots of insta spots in and out of the hotel, so it is whether to put yourself at the top location with a bit reasonable price or modernized hotels like Hilton and intercontinental that are farther away and a couple of bucks more expensive.

Most of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here. I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment. The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese. There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt. The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space. The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee. The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality. There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

The breakfast was super delicious and mouth watering. 4.The staffs are super kind and speaks English really well. 5.The lobby is very fantastic. 6.The spa was fantastic and worth to try. 7. Location is SUPERB 8.Room services were TIP-TOP. 9. They prepare premium celebration for my anniversary. ( special request) 1000000/10 NEW WORLD DALIAN IS WORTH FOR MONEY!♡ Surely will be back.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

This is a warm and cozy hostel with a bar and pool table. Along the staircase there are pieces of artwork for you to pause and appreciate. There are also two cuddly cats to keep you company late an night if you prefer to spend time in the common area. The microwave is a life saver on those mornings during which you have to head out super early. Apart from the subway station which is a five minute walk from the hostel, there is actually a bus stop right in front with public buses taking you directly (no luggage scans! No line transfers!) to the People’s Square, Zhongshan Square, Russian Village and even the airport.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst. There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.
