"A new residency. Overall a cozy and clean stay with carpark provided. Check-in and check-out assisted by security guard. Need deposit before the key is shared and deposit is returned after check-out. No water dispenser. Kitchen utensils provided."

"The place is newly opened but even then, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy although we arrived at midnight, parking was a breeze and the rooms were very clean and complete with amenities. Truly satisfied with the stay. Keep it up!"

"I took their spa package with scrap and ended up both legs and back became itchy and red dots. Please make sure you have insensitive skin before you try it out."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"Typical ‘Airbnb’-like experience , everything is digital, just follow instructions you’ll be fine. Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal"

"This hotel just opened, so everything is still very new. However, it feels like they weren't quite ready for guests yet. Many facilities and daily amenities were missing, and some areas are still under renovation. It would be a much better experience if the facilities were fully completed."

"The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh."

"A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh."
