What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

Staff is friendly, however the room service a bit slow as after we checked in no towel in our room due to still on laundry, and that was already 5pm. Not a big deal though. Room is clean and they provided white coffee sachets which is nice. Water heater warm up very fast. Old led TV but a lot of channels with different varieties to watch. Hotel provided breakfast is fantastic, few good choices to choose. Amenities include a massage spa within the hotel and guest able to get discounted price, massage service is very good. Nearby there is a pub and Chinese restaurant which seems to be very popular as able to see many cars at night going for dinner. Overall fully recommended this hotel. Also there is flea market on every Sunday morning just outside.

A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travellers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. Service was average, could be improved with faster response from staff. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.

Nice place for a short stay at ipoh! The room was comfortable with aircond and a water heater, which made it convenient. Location is great too ,just a short walk to Mydin, terminal bus amanjaya and lots of food options around. Really handy for a quick trip.

Kali kedua menginap di Hotel ni. Overall OK cuma bilik yang dapat kali ni Pintu dia macam ada ruang tak rapat. So boleh dengar semua sound kat luar, bilik sebelum ni sangat OK. Maybe management boleh baikki pintu nombor 305.
