Hakone Hotels with Parvekkeita

"We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba."

"A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good."

"We booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the food was tasty. The hot spring was small but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay."

"Merenkatsaushuone voi katsella auringonnousuun parvekkeelta. Käänsin hälytysvaroitukseni, kun katsoin aurinkoa nousevan mereltä. Buffetillallinen ja aamiainen olivat hyvät. Ruokabuffet tarjosi italialainen viini, joka oli erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen voisimme mukauttaa sashimi riisi keiju, joka oli ihana. Vaikka ruokailualue oli hieman paksu, tila oli tarpeeksi hyvä."

"A must stay if you are visiting Hakone! It's a 15 minute walk away from Hakone Yumoto station, or you can pay 200 yen to take the shuttle bus there. You can deliver your luggages there using the baggage service at the train station (for a fee). Place is clean and best of all, there's so many perks staying here. Firstly, there's free private onsen (subject to first come first serve). Secondly, dinner and breakfast are provided. Just need to select your preferred timeslot and head to the restaurant then. Food was delicious, and serving was generous as well. They also serve free ramen at 10.30pm, although it was just a simple bowl of noodles. There's also free drinks provided at L1 and L3, and some free snacks as well at the hotel lobby."

"Minulla ei ollut suuria odotuksia, kun päätin jäädä tänne. Se oli vain hotelli yöksi, mutta saavuttuani tajusin, että tämä paikka tarjosi minulle paljon yllätyksiä täällä oli luonnollisia kuumia lähteitä, mutta en odottanut, että voit käydä kylvyssä, ja kuumat lähteet ovat erittäin hyviä. Toinen yllätys on, että ennen kuin tulin tänne, ajattelin löytää Hakonesta paikan, josta voisin nähdä Fuji-vuoren, en odottanut näkeväni sen hotellin laiturilta, jossa on laaja näkymä ja kaunis kuvakulma. Kolmanneksi, palveluhenkilökunta osaa kommunikoida taitavasti kiinaksi ja heidän vilpitön ja ystävällinen tapansa saa minut vieraalla maalla matkustavana tuntemaan oloni lämpimämmiksi."

"I would really love to visit again. So conveniently located at togendai port. Just 5mins walk from back exit. Staff are international and speaks good english. Love the food and free flow alcohol at buffet. I booked private onsen for my family 3000yen for 40mins. Clean and comfortable. There is shuttle bus service from odawara station. Taked abt an hour. Prebook with the hotel for the shuttle bus to and from odawara. It's probably a lil pricey compared to other hotels but it's not the most expensive and I think it's worth it."

"I seldom write comments on trip.com, but for this time I would really want to share my experience with this hotel via the platform. I had an amazing stay in this hotel (pls do trust the pictures, you CAN see stunning Fuji view in your mountain view room and even in hotel onsen), everything in this hotel is just perfect, peaceful and on point). After my stay, I realise that I have left my jewllery item in my room, and I have left Fuji. I have contacted the hotel staff, and the immediately assisted me and help with their best effort. Multiple troublesome request but they are very kind and patient with helping me to retrieve my item. I have received the package today, and all in my mind is THANK YOU when I open the package.I see layers and layers of protection the team has applied to my lost item, and well as their kind hearts.  I would like to deeply thank the entire front desk team (Ranjit, Pritiz, Bishal and team), the cleaning team who have found the item, and all Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba staff who has been involved in the logistics. I am very grateful for their kindness, honesty, patience, and everything. Please do pay a visit to this hotel. I will always go back to this hotel when I visit Fuji."
