The rooms were terribly hot, the person in the room next to me slept with his door open all night as the corridor was cooler. I would not return to this hotel."

She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again."

"Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä tähän hotelliin. Se on todella hyvä valinta, ja sijainti on täydellinen Tianyi-aukion vieressä, kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Henkilökunta auttoi meitä matkatavaroiden kanssa heti sisään tullessamme ja tarjosi popcornia. Hotellin vastaanoton popcornit olivat herkullisia ja niitä oli saatavilla 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Illalla he jopa toivat jälkiruokakeittoa huoneeseen koputtaen oveen. Pystyi itse valitsemaan, halusiko sokeria vai ei. Tämä oli todella miellyttävä oleskelu, myös pyykinpesumahdollisuudet olivat erinomaiset. Erittäin tyytyväisiä, tulemme varmasti uudestaan!"

"這個是26年初剛剛開業的全新酒店，跟現在很多五星級酒店有些千篇一律的設計不太一樣，這家酒店設計師水準是在線的，特別喜歡他家衞生間和淋浴房的硬件裝修，牆地磚很漂亮，全自動馬桶，淋浴水很大而且舒服。入住之前一天管家Mia就聯繫我了，有需要可以隨時找她，很貼心的。酒店周圍安靜，沒有大酒店常有的喧鬧，樓下就有江邊公園可以運動散步，位置也很好，出行方便。辦理入住的時候客人是坐着的，有歡迎茶飲，很高級哦。管理方面看得出團隊非常努力，員工有熱情微笑問候，自助早餐形式豐富，有一些品種是外面不太多見的，比如西班牙火腿，咖啡是由咖啡師做的漂亮咖啡，衹是大多數服務員都非常年輕稚嫩，客人多的時候有些忙亂，過段時間積累了經驗就好了。總之很推薦！"

This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth.
