The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. Staff were polite, though service could be faster. It met basic expectations, but there’s room for improvement.

Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

Linna on pieni, uima-allas on pieni, ravintola ja baarialue ovat hyvä koko tarjoavat mukavaa ruokaa. Valitettavasti aamiainen oli hieman pettymys, jos saapuisit syömään myöhemmin kuin 0930. .. Voit saada hieman aamiaista keitetyt tilata. Huone oli suuri, jossa oli hyviä lisävarusteita. Rauta, rautalauta, turvalauta, sukkahousut ja puku. Tee kahvia ja vettä, keittiötila jääkaapin ja lämpölevyn. Kylpyhuone on hyvä koko täydentävässä WC:ssä. Dush oli hyvä tarjonta kuumaa vettä. Jään tänne taas.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude. Zimmer mit veraltetem Mobiliar und Renovierungsbedürftigem Sanitärbereich. Fernseher hat auch nur nach Zimmerwechsel funktioniert. Safe vorhanden, aber Batterien leer. Frühstück ist nur Eier mit Schinken oder Hotdog Verfügbar, dazu 2 Scheiben Toast und ein Kännchen Kaffee. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast vergessen Lift vorhanden, aber defekt.
