"I recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!"

The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests."

"The staff was able to accommodate our hospitality during our stay by greeting me and escorting our luggages but I was dissatisfied to learn that the hotel only offers plated breakfast and not a full buffet breakfast.
You need a car or take an uber when you go around Clark because the hotel is 30min away from Clark if your appointment is there.
What I loved about the hotel is the rooms are big and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The parking is free and there are a-lot of available free parking spots in the area.
If you need to withdraw from an atm machine you have to drive 2min away to get to the nearest atm machine for cash needs.
My sleep was very comfortable given the location and early closing time of nearby stores.
Also, please bring your own napkin, toiletries, shampoo and soapbar because they do not refill the tank when you check-in"

May ipis. 3 days ako dun hindi nagkusa ang housekeeping to clean. Sira din yung hot water sa CR ng 1-2 days. Yung parking maliit lang katabi ko pa mga basura. Maingay din ng kaunti kapag may housekeeping sa ibang rooms. Dinig na dinig. Natatanggal din pala ung stuffing ng comforter.
Di na ko nagtatawag sa kanilapara ayusin ‘to, lipat ako dun kasi Xmas e. Kakahiya mangabala.
Again, mababait mga staff at goods ang aircon."

AAnonyymi käyttäjäFirst visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. Highly recommended - the best hotel in Clark we have visited so far.

The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. It is a good security check. Thank you Prime Asia Hotel and Management! Continue to stay consistent.

MMaribel S. AgustinMy family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball.
The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great.
The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

VVieraskäyttäjäI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
