"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken."

"Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!"

"I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view."

"It’s a great place! The lake view rooms are perfect l, they are huge in size and have a small kitchenette as well. There is complementary breakfast which had some good stuff. It’s 20 mins away from interlaken center but we had a car so it was a good drive. I’d suggest staying here only if you have a car to drive around, otherwise it’s a bit secluded. Would stay here again!"

"Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!"

"This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!"

"Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping."

Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly."

"The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it 😂 Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations."

"Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!"
