We were there the weekend of 8/22. My 14-year-old daughter wrote this. The hotel room environment was very scenic and well structured, providing a view from a balcony and multiple windows. The indoor layout design is also well organized, including adjacent separate rooms for a shower, sink, and toilet. However, the door to the toilet should be closed carefully since it tends to slam shut. The raised platform with a desk and seat is convenient for working. The room was equipped with sufficient lighting and air conditioning for the hot weather. Outside, the food vendors were available for purchasing meals, along with the wide selection of breakfast choices in the cafeteria. For entertainment, there are stores selling merchandise outside, and some musical performances.

The Tianma Grand Hotel in Keqiao is a popular choice for business and leisure travelers visiting Shaoxing’s textile hub. Known for its modern design and excellent facilities, the hotel provides spacious, well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and workspaces, making it ideal for business trips. The dining options are frequently praised, especially the buffet breakfast and the variety of local and international cuisine. Guests also appreciate the hotel’s fitness center and indoor swimming pool, which are well-maintained. Its central location in Keqiao makes it convenient for accessing nearby textile markets and attractions. While most reviews commend the service as professional and accommodating, a few travelers have mentioned occasional language barriers with staff. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable option for visitors to the area.

The location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

Grand House Shaoxing was an 4000 years old village which had an ancient history, villagers surname Si (姒）were Dayu‘s (大禹)tomb guards for thousands of years. Now it is as a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities ! Breakfast had many local specialties were very delicious ! It’s also had a big restaurant and wedding banquet hall ! Room is beautiful as in my photos. Hotel located only 4 KM from city centre, as taxi only cost less A$7. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed peaceful country life, also the very busy tourist spot ! I must mention all the stuff in the hotel are so helpful, specially the young man who greeted us on arrival in the rain at night, helping us changed room because I can’t get to upstairs loft ! I hope more tourists visit Shaoxing and stay in this hotel, because it is a totally different experience from big city like Shanghai or Beijing, and you will not regret it.

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

Very nice hotel on the mountain top. Surroundings are beautiful. it's quite new, built with traditional Chinese architecture. Sunset view is amazing. There is no dedicated child play area, no kids game or puzzles as mentioned in the amenities. * Staff need more training to handle kids. No buffet breakfast, just a set meal with no western options. Nothing is complementary even small water bottles. We had a feeling that they want to earn maximum money from guests. For every small thing they want us to pay. *They were kind enough to let us check out 2 hours late. Firstly they asked for 200 rmb extra but later they show curtesy. Big thanks to them.

這次和家人來紹興度假，意外被金邁納鉑金酒店的行政套房圈粉了。原本衹是看中位置便利，沒想到住出了“回家般的舒展感”。前台小姐姐丸子和香菜的服務態度也非常好👍🏻 🛋️ 空間佈局：像住進高級公寓 一進門就被開闊的客廳吸引。套房是標準的客廳、卧室、衣帽間、雙衞生間分離設計，動線合理，全家人在裏面走動也不會互相打擾。最愛那個臨落地窗的沙發，午後泡杯茶看會兒書，時光都慢了。 🛏️ 睡眠體驗：床品和靜音滿分 床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有羽絨和記憶棉可選，我這種挑剔的頸椎患者居然一夜無夢。窗户隔音做得極好，雖然臨街，但清晨衹有隱約的鳥鳴和陽光叫醒你。 🌿 周邊與氛圍：隱於鬧市的靜謐 酒店不在最喧鬧的景區核心，但步行可達多處景點。晚上回來時，大堂有淡淡的香氛，燈光柔和，瞬間卸下疲憊。隔壁就是本地人常去的菜場，早上買份奶油小攀回來，體驗很“紹興”。 💡 總結與建議 ▪️ 適合家庭出行或對空間有要求的情侶 ▪️ 推薦高樓層，視野和採光更好 ▪️ 可嘗試酒店中餐廳的紹興十碗頭，比外面飯館精緻 ▪️ 服務細膩但不過度，需要什麼可主動提 “一家好酒店，是能讓旅途中的你，依然保持從容的生活節奏。” 金邁納鉑金用許多安靜的細節，做到了這一點。 如果再來紹興，我大概會再次選擇這裏—— 不為奢華，衹為那一份妥帖的、剛剛好的舒適。

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

right in the prime sightseeing location of shaoxing, the great location offers great convenience. we loved the environment and the spacious, clean, beautiful room very much. great amenities as well. but do take note that any form of laundry services are not currently offered at the hotel and we had to go through much hassle (and cost) to find somewhere to do our laundry. it's also advisable to travel light as there are many thresholds and steps, and no lifts in the premise - though the staff are attentive and kind enough to help us with our heavy luggage.

應該説整體是高出我的預期，雖然預訂之前也看到過圖片，但是到了現場，景色還是非常漂亮，入住的這幾天夜色降臨後，坐在草坪上納涼觀月聊天，非常愜意。服務也非常好，所有的工作人員無論是前台還是打掃房間的阿姨、餐飲部的員工，都很客氣，給人以親切的感覺，我帶去的寵物在我們外出遊玩時越獄逃出房間，很熱心的幫助解決。原計劃沒有打算在民宿就餐，但有一天玩耍得累了不高興外出，晚飯在民宿解決，意外獲得一致好評，第2天的晚上推掉了原先預訂的熱門餐館，還選擇在民宿就餐。總之如果下次再來新昌，這家會優先考慮。
