What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Excellent Stay at ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I highly recommend ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure. The blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.

Excellent service with great breakfast and tea set. Rooms are nice and very quiet. The only thing is it's located inside the ancient town and hence needs about 10 mins walk to any drop off. Those with elderly or lots of luggage need to take note. Highly recommend

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

應該説整體是高出我的預期，雖然預訂之前也看到過圖片，但是到了現場，景色還是非常漂亮，入住的這幾天夜色降臨後，坐在草坪上納涼觀月聊天，非常愜意。服務也非常好，所有的工作人員無論是前台還是打掃房間的阿姨、餐飲部的員工，都很客氣，給人以親切的感覺，我帶去的寵物在我們外出遊玩時越獄逃出房間，很熱心的幫助解決。原計劃沒有打算在民宿就餐，但有一天玩耍得累了不高興外出，晚飯在民宿解決，意外獲得一致好評，第2天的晚上推掉了原先預訂的熱門餐館，還選擇在民宿就餐。總之如果下次再來新昌，這家會優先考慮。

Staying in Shaoxing has been an absolute dream—especially at Floriette·Time Inn! Waking up and drawing the curtains felt like stepping into a Jiangnan watertown straight out of a Chinese textbook. Stone bridges arched over crystal-clear canals, while black-canopied boats drifted lazily past my window. The boatman even waved and greeted me with a grin! After a night of growling hunger, I rushed downstairs for a bowl of *Ciwu hand-pulled noodles*. Oh. My. Goodness. The chewy noodles had this perfect springy texture, and the broth was so rich it felt like my taste buds were doing backflips! I slurped up every last drop, instantly revived. No wonder—the owner said the noodles are hand-slapped by master artisans! But the real MVP was the innkeeper—a walking Shaoxing travel encyclopedia! Over afternoon tea in the lobby, he’d mark up maps like a strategist: *”This pavilion in Shen Garden is where Lu You mourned Tang Wan—perfect for photos!”* *”The stinky tofu stall near Eight Characters Bridge? Third alley, blue awning.”* *”Bring a jacket for evening boat rides—canals get chilly.”* He even shared where to find the cheapest *huangjiu* (yellow wine) ice cream bars! It felt like staying with your most thoughtful relative—the kind of hospitality that deserves all the stars. This place redefined what I call ”those little moments of joy that make traveling so special.” Five stars? More like a whole constellation!

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
