"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable.

"The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good.
Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying.
The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it 😂
Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations."

"Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!"

"This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean. The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with.
Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms."

"Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home.
We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring."

"I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view."

WWanderfieVery nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

MMy DangRoom was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

HHappygirlisme 1This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!

The room was decent, with one bathroom and one separate toilet. It also had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice.

雖然沒有正式同職員交流過，但每次相遇時，他們總是滿面笑容、點頭打招呼的！
之前確有擔心過房間位於餐廳上，會很嘈吵或有煮食味道，但入住時完全不感到啊！

BBengSee NgFriendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !
