"Room was clean and simple, but efficient. Breakfast fairly expensive (19 euros) and unfortunately on my visit the staff was busy, so it was hard to get cutlery and plates. Receptionists were lovely and always tried to help the kitchen staff. Great location overall, especially if you're coming with Eurostar into Gare du Midi"

"Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels."

"Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular."

"It was great, the location is near the metro,the staffs are great too even if I booked last minute and arrived past 12mid. They free coffee,teas and water refilling station❤️ All facilities functions well too."

"Veloce e chiaro il Check in e il check out. La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv. Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato. L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto. Ci tornerei volentieri."

"I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits."

"Bon Hotel, la chambre réservée est quipée de table, vaisselle, de chouette mobiliers, une salle de bain un peu vieillotte ainsi que les sols et les murs, peut-être à rénover, mais cela reste bien. Arrivée en chambre, j’ai du réinitialiser la télé qui ne comportait aucune chaîne."

"The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all."

"Ottima posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio è scarso, non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, né abbiamo visto qualcuno in reception durante il nostro soggiorno ed altrettanto al check-out. Rapporto prezzo-qualità basso considerando che non avevamo il servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero. In generale, però, la camera era pulita e in ordine."
