I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire team, for making this occasion unforgettable!

A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

Wow, what an extraordinary experience at your exceptional hotel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. We hosted a small wedding and birthday dinner and enjoyed one unforgettable night. The location was breathtaking, the food was simply divine, the rooms were magnificent, the ambiance was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. A heartfelt thank you to Jenny, who orchestrated the best breakfasts we have ever had – an easy 10/10. The GSM's extraordinary dedication and attention to detail truly went above and beyond our expectations. Your hotel offers every conceivable amenity, and the value for money is unparalleled. I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

It was a good place to stay, everything was clean and organized. The environment was nice!
