My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation
- response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow
- you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there
- in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor
- waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water.
- hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step

- got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell
- breakfast is great
- elevators are arriving fast
- view is great

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services.
We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder.
The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines.
Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚.
A goodbye gift for us as we leaving.
We are having a great time staying in the hotel.

"My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety.
One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors."

"Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel."

"We got an upgrade after we came back from the break of our trip, which the hotel told us there is no promise.
This stay was much comfortable than the previous stay as the bed was much better. However, the spot lights are out of position which we do not expect from a branded hotel like that. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close.
Generally the stay was good!"

BbleublueA brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

FFree ZelHotelli on puhdas, mukava ja moderni, ja henkilöstö oli lämmin ja apullinen koko oleskeluni. Ensimmäinen huone oli hieman liian kuuma keskuslämmityksestä, ja yksi nainen etuosastolta, tunnetaan nimellä “muna”, meni yläpuolelle ja kauemmalle auttamaan minua siirtymään rakennuksen toiselle puolelle ja jopa parantamaan minua järven näkymähuoneesta sviitteeseen, joka teki suuren eron. AAnonyymi käyttäjäI chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions.
The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel.
Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

LLives out of a suitcase.Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us
The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
