I had an exceptional stay at this resort hotel. The property is located in a beautiful resort area and truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel was impeccably clean, with very high-end facilities that reflect excellent management and attention to detail. The service was outstanding. All staff members were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay comfortable and welcoming. As a foreign guest, I was especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was. They thoughtfully provided Western breakfast options, and for lunch, the chef personally listened to our preferences and prepared special dishes tailored to our needs. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, the experience was truly memorable. The combination of cleanliness, premium facilities, and warm, personalized service made this stay outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lujiang City and would gladly return in the future.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

The service and the staff at the counter is great, esp Qianqian and Guigui. We had an amazing breakfast. Ps when we check out, the counter staff gave me a free parking coupon. All told, Hampton by Hilton is a great choice.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and attentive. 先説一下整體印象吧，主要是可以體驗農村生活，內部面積很大，阡陌交通，溝渠縱橫，雞鴨鵝狗羊馬都有，各種活動有20多項。整體服務也是很熱情的，雖然大部分服務員是大爺大媽，但是能看出來是發自真心的熱情，而不是那種五星級酒店虛假的寒暄。可以看出來整個民宿和一些硬件設施的投入也是比較大的，也是經過了一些設計，在溝渠旁邊建築的環境都還不錯，一些細節上設計的非常用心。然後內部環境非常好，也可以在周圍轉一轉，拍照很出片，下雪或春天花開的時候應該更漂亮，飯店裡麪的飯菜也很食材很新鮮。但也有需要改進的地方，一是這個房間的房型設計很好，有觀景平台，但房間隔音比較差，還有就是衞生間和客廳在一起有反味的現象。床的床墊也不是很好，特別是那個榻榻米的非常差。洗漱間也沒有個鏡子。二是這個房間的價格1300多確實比較貴，在合肥周邊算是相當貴的了，總體感覺性價比不是很高，但這個就是見仁見智了。還有晚餐的價格也是非常高，一個蔬菜要五六十，雖然這個菜還是比較新鮮的，但是價格確實高。早餐的品種也比較少，好歹要有個豆漿，飲料，麪條什麼的吧。總之吧，我還是給個五星好評，感謝餐廳服務員贈送的米酒、煙花，還有給我們放在閲覽室放的電影。

Hotel is situated in an office-like building judging by the entrance, or it could be an apartment, i'm not sure. Only 1 lift out of 6 serves the hotel. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The only minor issue i had in the room is the cleaning staff left a few sticky streaks on the floor mid-way through my stay. Washing machines and dryers were very useful, though the provided iron is too small and the ironing board legs were broken. The carpark entrance malfunctions often as it fails to detect cars exiting, many drivers resort to honking in the hope that a staff member nearby will open the gate. However, it’s unclear whether there is anyone assigned to manage this as i did not see any booth or place for carpark staff.

來合肥會首選的酒店，距離南站，客户公司都不遠 唯一的問題是塞卡片的情況依然有，電梯不用刷卡，誰都可以上來，這塊如果管控更好一些就更好了 早餐豐富，還送了午餐，雖然沒吃到，但是這個營銷還是可以的

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

The staff were extremely professional, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located very close to major food and beverage establishments. Deliveries are brought to the rooms in an AI operated robot which was really innovative. The breakfast was absolutely sensational and definitely a highlight during the trip. The F&B staff were extremely courteous, friendly and caring as they interacted with all guests to ensure they were having an optimal dining experience. We look forward to our next visit to the hotel, definitely recommend the hotel as it is simply brilliant!
