Wonderful, friendly service! Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

Hotel view was really nice and they gave me a high-floor. Also, thanks about welcome fruits. I had good time with calm atmosphere and quiet all days. Gym was good and enough space. I recommend this place very affordable with good service.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

We absolutely adore this place! The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, with its inviting hot springs, delightful afternoon tea service, soothing sound bowl experiences, and delectable Chinese cuisine. Our room was spacious and clean. We will certainly return and enthusiastically recommend it to our friends. A special thank you to all the friendly staff, particularly to yeye who served us ginger tea at the hot springs 💕

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

I really like this hotel for several reasons: (1) good location to other places (2) the foods in the hotel are really good, including the breakfast (3) a small gym and laundry which are really convenient. The issues could be improved: (1) Smoking is allowed in some rooms (2) Low-level highway-facing rooms could be noisy.

The stay was quite nice, the people there were friendly. If you like nature then this is for you. The hotel were clean and the amenities were provided accordingly. The person who is in charge of the room ”小孙” took care of the guests very well. If you like a quiet retreat then I would say this is perfect for you. Quiet reminder, the hotel is particularly in semi-middle of no where, and there are only breakfast available and not much options for delivery. It is perfect for a quiet getaway, but not a city center kind of travel.
