This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required. The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them. They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised. There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language. I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

這家酒店的音影房真的超出預期！房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果超棒，完全不用擔心打擾別人。影音設備畫質清晰、音響效果震撼，躺在床上看電影氛圍感拉滿，像私人影院一樣舒服。床品柔軟舒適，燈光温馨，整體設計很有格調。服務貼心周到，入住體驗感滿分，性價比超高，不管是休閑放鬆還是朋友小聚都很合適，下次還會選擇這裏！

這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。 設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。 店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

Stayed 4 nights in king size room. Expectation/Reality: pictures and actual room aligned. The space was a great size and have everything one needs. Security: very secure, did not worry about security. No extra safe, but space felt very secure. Hygiene: very clean. Space clean consistently and frequently. Hospitality: attendants were helpful and competent. Social Atmosphere: hotel, so no social scene. The location is close to a university and at night time a massive street food scene emerges which is incredible. Far from a metro station but otherwise a nice quiet place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hefei. The location is very convenient — just a 12-minute walk to both Baohé Wanda Plaza and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making it easy to shop and explore the city. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed their 15-yuan breakfast every morning. The variety was impressive and the food was satisfying. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Hefei. 这次在合肥的入住体验非常棒。酒店位置十分便利，步行大约十二分钟就能到包河万达广场和淮河路步行街，出行购物都很方便。我连住了十天，每天早上都会吃他们家15元的早餐，种类丰富，吃得很满意。酒店整体很新，干净整洁，维护得很好。整体体验让我很满意，下次来合肥还会选择这家酒店。

Saapuessani minua kohdeltiin uskomattomalla vieraanvaraisuudella, joka todella asetti toon minun oleskeluun. Ensinnäkin isäntä oli hämmästyttävän ystävällinen ja teki minut tuntemaan välittömästi tervetulleita. Heidän lämmin mielenkiintonsa ja todellinen kiinnostus varmistaa, että minulla oli miellyttävä oleskelu oli todella lämpöä. Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

Booked 3 beds for a night about $44. The hotel provide pick up and sending services to and from HF airport. We arrived HF from train station and have to travel to HF airport the next early morning. So we booked somewhere near the airport and this hotel is about 3km 12mins. They are very friendly as they helped to carry luggages due to no lift. The bed are super comfortable and big. The only downside is the place is in kampung and nothing around it. So do eat at outside before coming. The shower and toilet is not separate so is easily wet and during cold weather it can be slippery. No heater for the toilet
