"This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name.
Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner.
Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Le House DaLat. We could walk down to the town, lake and to crazy house but often preferred to use Grab. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was buffet style pastries and fruit. You could get noodle soup and omelette by request. The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff are all very nice and helpful."

"Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different.
However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!"

"We booked 2 rooms, one for 2 pax and 1 for 3 pax. The hotel has room for 3 people and very spacious, exactly what we needed. The staffs were friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very convenient to travel around and good for car pick up and drop off. It's also near the Dalat market and Xuan Huong Lake with few steps away. Nice breakfast. We can book airport transfer, tour, and spa at the hotel too. Recommended!"

"Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests.
We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine."

The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market.
We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!).
We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV.
Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long.
Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

V clean room & bathroom.
Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper.
There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea.
I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them.
I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe.
Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me.
A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry.
Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive.
I will still be back!

Very tasty food at breakfast but the choice was same all 7 days. Not super varied food.
This hotel is bird friendly 😁 a lot of birds everywhere.
All rooms are big, with balcony
Only one really con is bad sound insulation you can hear all doors slamming from all neighbours.
Staff is nice and friendly and we will probably come to this hotel again one day.

JJordantcmA nice and cozy boutique hotel. Close to dalat futa bus terminal. Walking distance to various cafe or restaurant. 8 mins grab drive to major tourist spot such as lake, night market or GO supermarket.
Not a hot spot for backpackers but definitely suitable to couple or family. Love the hotel design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time waiting our grab driver to pick us up at lobby, the staff will serve us a cup of hot tea.
Free breakfast and afternoon tea are provided. Pool and gym are available.

Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

WW_HanOther than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.
