The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

Единственное что хотелось бы больше разнообразия на завтрак, был всегда выбор между лапшой или яйцами с хлебом, салатом и фруктами. Если остановиться на пару дней то нормально, если дольше хочется больше выбора. Территория отеля очень чистая и ухоженная. Рядом поле с очень вкусной клубникой. Нас там угощали бесплатно. Вобщем всё понравилось, спасибо❤️

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

The apartment had a lovely city view from the balcony. The furniture looked new and stylish. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Beautiful hotel. It was a second time to stay. All interiors are antique and building is made by brick and woods so great atmosphere. wifi, location, Staff and breakfast is all great.

Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.

Ystäväni ja minä jäimme tänne 6 päivää häihin. Huone itse on tilava, kaunis näköala ulkopuolella. Sänky oli mukava, ja iso. Oikein arvostettu. Puhdistushenkilökunta oli niin apukas ja nopea tahansa pyyntöihin minulla oli. Pyyntöni oli usein puhdistaa kylpyhuoneen lattia, kun vesi tulee ulos kuivaa suihkussa ja koko lattia kylpyhuone, menee kuivaa vessan. Henkilöstö sanoi tämä on yleinen kysymys, koska hotelli on vanha. Joten he mainitsivat, että se voidaan puhdistaa, kun tarvitsin sitä ja se oli niin ongelma vältetty, mutta se voi olla epämukavaa, jos et kärsivällisyyttä tähän. Esp yöllä jos haluat myöhäistä suihku, kävele märkä lattialla sen jälkeen kylpyhuoneessa. Mutta ystäväni kolmessa muussa huoneessa, ei ollut tätä kysymystä. Se oli vain minun huoneeni. Hotelli on hyvin kaunis ja estetiikka tekee sinusta tuntuu olevan jossain vanha kuninkaallinen paikassa. Huomaa, ei ole ilmastointi kylpyhuoneessa, joka on yleistä Vietnam, varmista, että kannat tätä, se ei ole helppo löytää ulkona nopeasti. Hotellissa on paikallisia kahviloita, ravintoloita ja pesupalveluja. Hotellissa ne olivat nopea ja edullinen pesu. Hotellissa ei ole muita tiloja.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

The Manor Villa has given me a great experience overall as a first time traveller to Da Lat. For those who arrived earlier than the check in time, you can stay on the 1st floor until 2pm with a scenic views. We requested a free of charge honeymoon decoration and they fulfilled it wonderfully. The area was so quiet at night that you almost won’t hear any honk from the locals like you usually heard in the hustle & bustle of the city. The toilet window’s latch in our room was broken so we asked for a repair as we were worried about our safety, people might get into the room through the broken window, but gladly they attended to it at an instant. However, the room toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn’t really work well during our stay. Hopefully, the team can look into it and try to improve on the problem. For experience, I still recommend The Manor Villas to everyone, I’ve had my share of moments and would try other hotels in the same area if I were to go back to Da Lat next time.
